The episode begins with Jhanak telling Rishi that she will cook for him because he has to leave after eating. Rishi asks her whether she has any problem if he stays there. Jhanak asks him what he can do in her mother’s shradh. She tells him to leave on time because his family and Aditi must be worried. Rishi says he wants to be part of Nutan’s shradh. Jhanak asks him what happened to him suddenly. And why he is showing sympathy when there is no relationship between them.
Rishi replies he doesn’t know the reason, but he will stay there. Jhanak tells him that this is unfair to Aditi. Rishi says he will talk to Aditi. And he met Nutan before she died, so he wants to be part of her shradh to pay respect. Jhanak tells him that he is doing wrong. Rishi claims he is rectifying his wrongdoings.
Later, Parashar tells Rishi to sleep there. He says Nutan died in that room, so her spirit will get happy seeing Rishi and Jhanak together. Jhanak says she will sleep in Sakhi’s house. Parashar tells Jhanak not to go anywhere at this time. He says he has Jhanak only now. He tells Rishi that he wanted to marry Nutan, but she refused because she loved Jhanak’s father truly. Jhanak asks Parashar to tell her about her father. Parashar says he can’t tell anything because Nutan doesn’t want Jhanak to know the truth. And he is happy if Jhanak is happy then. He leaves from there.
Jhanak tells Rishi that she will sleep outside the room. Rishi asks her whether she is mad. Jhanak says Aditi won’t be happy if she learns they shared a room then. Rishi says it doesn’t matter what others say. Jhanak says she will sleep on the sofa. Rishi tells her that she won’t fit on that sofa and she needs to sleep comfortably. Jhanak asks him why he cares about her. Rishi tells her that she is his responsibility. He says he will sleep on the sofa.
Jhanak asks him why he followed her and came with her to Simulboni. Rishi says he can’t explain that. He tells her that he talked to Nutan in that room. Jhanak asks him to say what Nutan told him about her father. Rishi says he will tell when the right time comes, and Jhanak is not in a condition to tolerate the truth now. Jhanak tells him that he hated her but is showing care and all now. She says she is not understanding anything. Rishi says God will decide what their relationship is. He tells her to sleep now.
The next day, Parashar tells Mangal to invite fewer people. Shakhi brings Aditi there. Aditi wonders why that house feels familiar to her. She asks Parashar where Rishi is. Parashar asks her what she is doing there. Aditi says she wants to meet Rishi. Mangal says Rishi and Jhanak are sleeping.
