Jhanak 13th January 2026 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode begins with Jhanak telling Rishi that not everything is free, so she will pay him later. Rishi asks her why she is talking like this. Jhanak asks him why she is suddenly caring about her. Rishi tells her that he cared about her always. And he will support her in her fight. Jhanak asks him whether this is an act because he also suspected her like others. She says Rishi need not explain anything. Rishi asks her to understand his situation. Jhanak tells him that he was silent when everyone accused her and even he suspected her. She says Rishi did not stop others from insulting her.
Rishi refuses to explain anything. Jhanak tells him that he never trusted her. Rishi tells her that he was unbiased in that case; that’s it. Jhanak says she realized Rishi doesn’t trust her blindly. She asks him to not come behind her and go to Aditi. Rishi tells her that he loves her and he wants to marry her. He asks how Aditi came in between them. Jhanak tells him that Aditi is always in between them. She asks him to not forget Aditi is his first love. She says now she can’t back off in her fight. And she won’t forget the betrayal that Aniruddh gave to Nutan. She adds she will leave from the house.
Rishi admits he suspected Jhanak. He asks her to understand why he did that. He reminds her that he did not accuse her. Jhanak tells him that that suspect is enough. Rishi tries to hold her hand. But Jhanak pushes his hand and warns him not to touch her. Rishi asks her not to leave the house because a court case is going on. He says Jhanak should stay there after the case too and complete her studies. Jhanak agrees to stay until the court case ends.
Rishi calls Parashar and asks where the latter is. Parashar replies he is in Kolkata. He says he heard about Aditi’s case. Rishi tells Parashar everything is fine now. He gives the phone to Jhanak. Parashar tells Jhanak that he is in Kolkata now. He asks her whether she is fine. Jhanak replies she is fine. She asks him to reach court tomorrow. And she thinks Nutan will get justice finally. Parashar says even villagers will come tomorrow, so Jhanak need not worry about anything. He disconnects the call. Jhanak cries. She tells Rishi that everything will end between them once this case ends. She says she is not allowed to love Rishi. Rishi says he is also not allowed to love Jhanak. He tells her that tomorrow is an important day for her, so she should take a rest now. He helps her to sit on the chair and gives water to her.
On the other side, Aditi recalls the IG of police’s words about Aniruddh. She says evidence is against Aniruddh and cries. She asks herself how Aniruddh can lie to her. She decides to talk to Aniruddh.
Meanwhile, Arshi asks Aniruddh whether he is Jhanak’s father. Aniruddh tells her that truth won’t change, and the truth is Jhanak is not his daughter. He says he is not able to face Aditi, and now Arshi is questioning this. Arshi asks him why he was careless about the poison container. She tells him that she is not scolding him.
Aditi comes there and says she will scold. Aniruddh and Arshi tell Aditi to go to her room. Aditi asks Aniruddh whether he is not ashamed of himself. She says Aniruddh should do a DNA test no matter what because of his act. And whether Aniruddh did not think about the consequences of his act. She adds she is not able to believe Aniruddh tried to kill someone. Aniruddh tells her that that’s a lie. Aditi asks him to look into her eyes and say he did not mix anything in the juice. Aniruddh remains silent.
Aditi says she is broken completely. And she can’t face anyone because everyone will judge them. Aniruddh apologized to her. He says he could not control his actions, but he will make everything fine. Aditi asks him to give half of his wealth to Jhanak. Because Jhanak already snatched their mental peace and social status. And wealth is not her priority. She tells him that he tried to kill someone, and she is not able to believe that still. Arshi tells Aditi that Aniruddh did everything for the latter. Aditi asks whether she told them to kill someone for her. Arshi says Aniruddh earned everything with her support and his hard work. And how can Aditi tell them to give half of the wealth to Jhanak? Aditi tells them she is tired of all this fighting. Arshi asks Aditi not to be an emotional fool. Aniruddh thinks Nutan should not have done this with him. And everyone is suffering because of Nutan’s lie. He tells Aditi that he did everything for their mental peace. Aditi asks him whether he is sure Jhanak is not his daughter. Aniruddh tells her that he is sure about it. Aditi asks him to do a DNA test if he is sure then. She says her life became a mess because of her parents’ past and their egos. And she wants her peaceful life. She requests them to stand with truth for her sake. She leaves from there. Arshi tells Aniruddh that they will hire the best lawyer in the country. Aniruddh wonders whether he should accept Aditi’s request. He tells Arshi that he needs time to think.

Precap: Aniruddh and Jhanak do a DNA test. Aniruddh thinks to apologize to Jhanak and convince her to withdraw the case. And if Jhanak withdraws the case once, then she can’t file the case again. Rishi thinks the DNA test result will be positive, and that will bring a storm that will separate him and Jhanak.
Our Take: Aditi is requesting Aniruddh to do a DNA test. She scolds Aniruddh for trying to kill someone. Arshi opposes Aditi. She suggests to Aniruddh that they will hire a good lawyer. And Aniruddh asks for time to think. Finally, Aditi learned the truth of her parents, and she wants to stand by the truth side. But I can’t say her parents will also stand by the truth side. On the other side, Jhanak is planning to leave Rishi’s house once the court case ends. And she is heartbroken because Rishi suspected her in Aditi’s case.
Will Jhanak really leave Rishi’s house once the court case ends? Will Aditi trust Jhanak? Will Jhanak withdraw the DNA test case?
