Episode starts with the hospital scene in where Arshi and Vipasha come to visit Anirudhha. Vipasha informs Anirudha that he got his life back because of Jhanak. As she offered the Puja to God, Anirudhha got his sense after that. Aniruddha shows his gratitude to Arshi. Jhanak hears their conversation standing outside of the cabin. Arshi asks Anirudhha whether they should postpone the marriage or not. But he prefers to keep the date which was fixed before.
Arshi becomes happy seeing the love in the eyes of Anirudhha. He also expresses his abhorrence for Jhanak which makes happy Arshi. After leaving of Vipasha, Arshi rebukes Jhanak who is disguised under a nurse uniform. As Jhanak was standing outside to hear the conversation, Arshi feels disgusted for her behaviour and orders her to leave the spot immediately. Apologizing to her, Jhanak leaves.
In the Bose house, Rimi and her sister express a wish to Shubha. They want to celebrate the recuperation of Anirudhha. Everyone agrees to do the Saraswati Puja. Appu gets overwhelmed learning the event of Puja but she misses Jhanak tremendously. The memories of Jhanak flash back her mind. As soon as Appu utters the name of Jhanak, everyone feels irritated hearing the name of Jhanak. Tanuja immediately calls Anjana to take care of Appu.
A dispute occurs among the Basu family members when Anjana points out other’s mistakes. Anjana rebukes her elder son since he didn’t take care of his sister. Vipasha is poked by her mother in law as she doesn’t do any household work. The grandmother also rebukes Vipasha for her negligence in household work. Being insulted, Vipasha feels disgusted.
Here in the hospital, Chhoton asks Jhanak to have some food by herself. As Jhanak hesitates to take the food, Chhoton orders two plates of food. Chhoton feels very bad for Jhanak since no one is appreciating the effort. Later, Jhanak confesses the truth that Aniruddha met the accident because of her which totally surprises Chhoton. He asks her to take care of her husband.

Precap : Arshi will hurt Anirudhha when she will try to brush the hair of him with her hands. Jhanak will ask to stop that which will make Arshi irritated. Arshi will decide to keep a trained and professional nurse in the cabin of Anirudhha so that he would get a better care. She will also tell Jhanak that they will not be needed her anymore. And it will hurt Jhanak.
