The episode begins with Arshi asking what Jhanak is doing in the hospital. Aniruddh says Jhanak can’t go inside because Aditi can’t see Jhanak. Rishi says Jhanak won’t go to Aditi’s room. Tanushri asks him why he called Jhanak. Indumati scolds Jhanak for coming there. Rishi says Jhanak came there to donate blood to Aditi. Arshi says she won’t let Jhanak donate blood to Aditi. Rishi says Jhanak and Aditi’s blood group is the same because they are Aniruddh’s daughters.
On the other side, Anjana and Bablu talk about the past, when Nutan got accused of Aditi’s death. Bablu says first Nutan saved Aditi, and now Jhanak is going to save Aditi. And God’s game is unpredictable. He tells her that Nutan’s daughter is supporting them like how Nutan supported them. Anjana tells him that he is sure Nutan is seeing them. Bablu nods at her.
In the hospital, Rishi tells them that he has to save his wife, so no one should interfere. Aniruddh says Jhanak is not his daughter. Arshi says she doesn’t trust them. And they want to kill Aditi so she won’t let them succeed. Aniruddh tells Jhanak to leave from there. Jhanak says she will leave after saving Aditi’s life. Surjeet comes there and asks whether the donor came. Rishi tells Surjeet that Jhanak is the donor. He asks Surjeet to explain the situation to them because the latter is a doctor.
Aniruddh says they will wait for another donor. And Aditi will commit suicide again if she learns she received Jhanak’s blood then. Rishi says they should save Aditi now. And they can hide this donor matter from Aditi. Jhanak asks them to fight later. She tells the doctor to take her blood and save Aditi at any cost. The doctor takes Jhanak with her inside.
After some time, Nurse tells Jhanak to eat something. She asks Putul to take care of Jhanak because Jhanak must be weak now. Putul agrees. Rishi tells Putul to take Jhanak to the canteen. He says he will come after meeting Aditi. Jhanak tells Rishi not to come with them. Putul says she will bring something from the canteen and leaves from there.
Rishi tells Jhanak that he won’t forget this help ever. Jhanak tells him that she did this for her sister; that’s it. She asks him to keep Aditi happy. Rishi tells her that no one can change the truth. Jhanak tells him that their forced marriage happened, but nothing is there between them now. Rishi tells her that it would have been good if he could express what he feels for her. Jhanak asks him to think about Aditi only.
Arshi and Aniruddh come there. Arshi asks Rishi whether it’s necessary for him to talk to Jhanak now. Aniruddh says Aditi has not become well yet. Jhanak tells Aniruddh that she doesn’t want anything from him. She asks Rishi to not forget what she said. Arshi says Jhanak would have asked Rishi to take her to his house once Aditi became fine. She tells Jhanak that Nutan ruined her life. And now Jhanak wants to ruin Aditi’s life. Rishi asks Arshi to stop it. Aniruddh tells Rishi not to interfere because they know Jhanak and her family. Jhanak tells Rishi that she can fight her battle. She tells Aniruddh that one day he will beg her to accept him as a father, but she won’t accept him ever. And Nutan is her mother and father. Arshi and Aniruddh go inside.
Jhanak moves from there. Rishi follows her. Jhanak asks him why he is following her. Rishi tells her to go to the canteen and drink juice. Jhanak tells him to go to Aditi’s room and sit there. She says it’s not good to care about other women when he has a wife. She leaves from there.
The doctor tells everyone Aditi is out of danger now. She says they should keep Aditi happy. And asks them to say thanks to the donor. Rishi says thanks to her. Putul takes Rishi with her. She tells him that Jhanak did not come to the canteen. She says she thinks Jhanak left for Simulboni because Jhanak brought her bag. Rishi hopes Jhanak gets admission to a good college. He goes inside. He thinks he knows Jhanak left for his well-being. And one day he will tell Jhanak that he loves her. Meanwhile, Aditi regains her consciousness.
Jhanak thinks she doesn’t want to get involved with Rishi again. And she wants Rishi to lead a happy and peaceful life. She knows her love story won’t succeed. Later, Jhanak reaches Simulboni. Parashar gets happy seeing Jhanak. Jhanak tells him that her NEET exam is over. She says she will open a clinic there if she becomes a doctor then.

Precap: The teacher asks Jhanak to give Rishi’s contact number because she has to invite him for the event. On the other side, Rishi tells Aditi that his heart is with her. Aditi tells him that she knows no one can come in between them.
