The episode starts with Jhanak who suddenly falls sick due to her pregnancy. At the same time Aditya was there and stops her from falling on the ground. But Jhanak doesn’t feel well at all. Due to her heavy abdominal pain, Aditya admits her in the hospital. He tries to comfort and pacify her with his words. A fear grips her mind whether she will lose her baby before its birth.
The insecurity makes her more weak. Aditya assures that he will not let anything happen with her baby, he will protect the baby. Jhanak fathoms the pain of the baby who is already rejected by her father before coming on earth. She cannot believe that Anirudhha will reject the baby and will deny give his fatherhood to the baby. She recalls those days when she used to tolerate the insulting words of other since she didn’t know the name of her father. She fears if the same thing will happen with her baby also.
Suddenly, Aditya assures that Jhanak will also come to know the identity of her own father and he will definitely come to her life to ask the apology. Jhanak becomes utterly surprised to hear this. Aditya avoids her questions. Jhanak begs a better life for her child so that she or he will not die after her death. Aditya promises that he will definitely take care of the child of Jhanak. He also expresses his feelings for Jhanak. But Jhanak says she only loves Aniruddha, she can’t live without him.
Here, Appu and Lalan all asked to complete all the rituals of the marriage but Appu cannot wait anymore. Kajal gives her the medicine. But Appu understands the importance of their first night. The neighbors make fun of Appu for her mental illness. Lalan protects her from all the hazards and insulting words. But the neighbours insist Appu to do all the unwanted rituals. She follows all the orders and instructions of those relatives. After all the rituals, Kajal decides to return house.
In the first night of Appu with Lalan, she asks Lalan to sing a song for her. Appu falls asleep hearing the song. Standing outside of the door, Kajal hears their conversation. Her heart aches losing her love for Lalan.
Jhanak tells everything to the doctor about her abdominal pain. She is asked do some taste before starting a treatment. Aditya also comes into the chamber to know her presence situation. He also introduces himself as the husband of Jhanak. The doctor doubts Jhanak is not pregnant at all.
