Episode starts with conversation between the doctor and Aditya. Aditya comes to know that Jhanak is not pregnant, she has a tumor in her body for which the misunderstanding was created. Doctor wants to operate the tumor as soon as possible, she informs Aditya that one family member have to sign on the bond, otherwise they cannot start the treatment as soon as possible. Aditya gets ready for the treatment and asks the doctor how many days will take of her complete recuperation. The doctor assures nothing will happen but the present condition is quite serious. Aditya requests the doctor to arrange the best treatment for Jhanak who is very important to his life.
Aniruddh returns from the house of Lalan after attending the reception of Appu. Arshi asks him about the reception Anirudhha got very upset since Arshi didn’t attend the invitation. He expected from his wife that he will attend the program at least, but Arshi didn’t listen anyone. Again an argument takes place between them regarding Jhanak and their illegal relationship with that girl. Arshi starts blaming her husband for messing up their relationship because of an outsider.
Arshi requests her husband to go with her in Dubai to attend a dance program. Though Aniruddha shows her excitement but he doesn’t go with her anymore. Arshi again becomes angry on Jhanak who always follows her everywhere and starts criticizing her character. The criticism of Jhanak makes Aniruddha very uncomfortable. Arshi clearly says she cannot accept the family members of Aniruddha who have always indulged Jhanak. Suddenly, Anirudhha says that their might break if Arshi will continue her behaviour like this.
After a while, Aditya comes into the cabin of Jhanak. He gets very emotional seeing the poor condition of Jhanak. She breaks down assuming her own critical situation. She fears that she might lose the life in the midst of the operation. Aditya’s heavy heart fails to hide the emotion for Jhanak. He can’t help but to express his own feelings for this girl. Jhanak doesn’t to pressurize on Aditya anymore, he requests him to call Anirudhha before starting the operation. Whatever will happen, the result should be known by Aniruddha. Aditya reminds how Aniruddha declined all the relationship with Jhanak. She expresses her emotions for Aniruddha, she still regards Aniruddha as her husband. She cannot forget their marriage rituals, and she also believes Anirudh also has not forget their past relationship.
Aditya promises that he will inform Aniruddha. Jhanak notices the pale face of Aditya who still cares for her. She asks him to expand the hand of friendship. Taking the hand of Jhanak, Aditya promises that he will take care their relationship until his last breath.
