Episode begins with Dritimaan tells Jhanak that he should leave because hospital rules are strict and no one can stay there. Jhanak asks him to not worry about her and go home. Dritimaan asks her to tell everything to the doctor and not get scared. Jhanak says she is worried about Rishi. She blames herself for Rishi’s condition. Sanjhbati asks Jhanak not to worry about Rishi because he is fine. She says she will open the door so Jhanak can see Rishi. Jhanak asks Sanjhbati not to do that. She cries. Dritimaan asks her not to worry about anything. Jhanak says she is not responsible for the fire accident. Sanjhbati says they know that. And Rishi will find out who is behind all that. She leaves from there with Dritimaan.
Aditi tells Rishi that she is going because the hospital is not allowing her to stay there. Rishi tells her to go home and take rest. Aditi tells him that she knows this is what he wanted. Neelu asks Rishi to not forget Aditi is his wife. Aditi asks Rishi why he did not think about her before risking his life for Jhanak. Rishi tells her that he wants to take a rest. Aditi asks him to take care of himself. She leaves from there with Neelu.
Jhanak and Rishi stare at each other. Rishi asks the nurse about Jhanak’s condition. The nurse tells him that Jhanak will be fine soon. She asks him whether Jhanak is his wife. Rishi replies yes. The nurse says Rishi can meet Jhanak. Rishi tells her that he will meet Jhanak later. The nurse leaves from there. Meanwhile, Jhanak asks the nurse about Rishi’s condition. The nurse replies Rishi is fine, and he will be discharged tomorrow. She asks whether Rishi is Jhanak’s husband. Jhanak replies yes. The nurse says she knew it. She asks whether she should call Rishi. Jhanak tells the nurse to let Rishi take rest.
Rishi comes there. The nurse tells him that Jhanak was asking about him. She says husband and wife stay together in this situation to stay strong. She leaves from there. Rishi and Jhanak share an eye lock (the Aankhon mein dekho hamari song plays in the background). Jhanak asks Rishi why he risked his life for her. Rishi asks her who else will save her. Jhanak tells him that his life is precious. Rishi tells her that her life is precious for him. And he will investigate the fire accident. He asks her to expose Aniruddh. Jhanak asks him what he is saying. Rishi tells her that he will inform journalists that Aniruddh is her father.
Jhanak asks him to not do anything like that. Rishi tells her that she is not ruining anyone’s life. But fighting for her rights. Jhanak tells him that Aditi will leave his house. Rishi tells her that he is not able to love Aditi. Jhanak tells him that he wants him to stay happily with Aditi. Rishi tells her that he loves her, so it’s confirmed he doesn’t love Aditi. He says he will free Aditi from this relationship. Jhanak asks him to keep her away from this matter. Rishi tells her that he won’t let her go away from him. He says he will marry Jhanak if Aditi divorces him then.
On the other side, Parashar gets worried about Jhanak. He scolds Dhamu for forcing Jhanak to marry Rishi. Kanka says it’s not time to fight. Parashar tells Dhamu to call Dadabhai. Dhamu calls Dadabhai and gives the phone to Parashar. Parashar asks Dadabhai whether everything is fine. He says Jhanak said she is staying in the Chatterjee house. He asks Dadabhai to give the phone to Jhanak because she is not picking up his calls. Abhimanyu asks Dadabhai to not tell Parashar about Jhanak’s condition. Dadabhai thinks Parashar may come there and create problems for Rishi. But Parashar is everything for Jhanak. He tells Parashar that Jhanak is admitted to the hospital. Parashar asks what happened to Jhanak. Dadabhai informs everything to Parashar. Tanushri says Dadabhai did wrong. And Dadabhai cares about Jhanak only, not Rishi.
In the hospital, Rishi tells Jhanak that he did not think about anything when he saw her like that in the kitchen. And Jhanak should say whether she loves him or not. He requests her to give an answer to him. Jhanak accepts she loves Rishi. She says she doesn’t want Rishi to get hurt (the Saiyaan song plays in the background). Rishi tells her that he wants a new life for them. And no one can come in between them. Jhanak tells him that Aditi is his wife already. And Aditi is her elder sister, so she can’t betray her sister. Rishi tells her that only she has rights to his love.
The next day, Parashar tells Jhanak that only she is facing troubles every time, so let’s leave from there. Jhanak asks him to calm down. Dhamu says city people will kill Jhanak. Jhanak tells them that it was an accident. Parashar scolds Rishi. Rishi tells Parashar to shut up. Parashar warns Rishi not to talk to him like this. Aditi complains about Parashar to the nurse. Aniruddh tells the nurse to throw Parashar out of the hospital.
Parashar tells Aniruddh not to say anything. He asks Aditi to not forget he brought her up for five years. Jhanak asks him to stop all this. Aditi says Nutan must have planned to sell her. Jhanak warns Aditi not to insult Nutan again. She tells Aniruddh that he will see her new face. Sanjhbati comes there and asks Jhanak why she is not taking rest. Jhanak says she signed on the papers due to Aniruddh. Rishi tells Sanjhbati, “Let’s take Jhanak home.” Aditi tells Rishi that she won’t come home if Jhanak will come then. Rishi says that’s Aditi’s choice.
