The episode starts with Aniruddha who is informed about the illness of Jhanak. Aditya assures that Jhanak is not carrying any child, but she has an extreme large tumour in her abdomen. So, she needs an immediate operation which could save the life of Jhanak. Anirudhha becomes totally shocked to hear this. He also gets afraid if Arshi will react after hearing this news. After the phone call, Arshi comes to know about the illness of Jhanak but she doesn’t show any empathy to that poor girl. Aniruddha eagers to meet Jhanak for once going in Mumbai but as soon as she learns the wish of Anirudhha, she bursts out in anger. She doesn’t want to listen anything from her husband who is ready to visit a girl with whom he has an illegal relationship.
Arshi clearly says she won’t keep any relationship with Anirudhha if he won’t change his plan. Meanwhile, Anirudhha has already decided he will catch the flight of the next morning to visit Jhanak in Mumbai. Arshi raises question on their mysterious relationship and again says it will be the last day of their relationship if Aniruddha will go to Mumbai. He starts suffering from a great dilemma and leaves the room being angry.
Being agitated and clueless by the situation, Arshi immediately calls her mother to inform her about the decision of Anirudhha. Shristi becomes totally shocked to know about this current incident. When she comes to know that her son in law has decided to go to Mumbai, she also becomes very furious. She teaches her daughter how to control over her husband. As soon as Vinayak comes to know about the poor condition of Jhanak, He wants to know something more about her present condition but Shristi doesn’t want to tell him anything. Shristi criticizes the character of Jhanak who could do anything to captivate Aniruddha. She finds out the drawback of her character for which she could go any extent to fulfill her target.
Not getting any information from Shristi, Vinayak calls Arshi to talk about Jhanak. Arshi now wants Aniruddha to declare his final decision of her husband, he have to choose one between Jhanak and herself. Arshi insists her father to talk with Aniruddha otherwise he won’t change his mind. Shristi says she will handle all the matter. She immediately calls Brijbhushan to know the present location of Jhanak. Vinayak gets afraid of their conspiracies and decides to save Jhanak from these evil persons.
Jhanak ask Aditya whether he has informed Aniruddha about her illness. Adito says that anrudu has come to know about her in less but he doesn’t know whether he will come in Mumbai or not. Jhanak says she doesn’t want Anirudhha there to disturb his life again but she just wanted to inform her atleast.
Appu comes to know that Lalan will return home until the night, she becomes very upset and requests him to return home early.
