The episode begins with Aniruddh reaching the hospital and asking the receptionist about Nutan. Veer sees Aniruddh and asks what the latter is doing there. He says Aniruddh is not allowed to meet Nutan. Aniruddh asks who Veer is to stop him. Veer says Aniruddh insulted Nutan that day and returned today shamelessly. Aniruddh asks who poisoned Nutan and where Parashar is. Veer says he won’t let Aniruddh inside without Parashar’s permission.
The receptionist asks Aniruddh not to waste time arguing with them. Aniruddh asks about Nutan’s condition. Hospital staff tells Aniruddh that Nutan is in critical condition. Aniruddh tells him he wants to shift Nutan to a better hospital. Parashar comes there and asks why Aniruddh is showing concern suddenly. Aniruddh asks Parashar who is responsible for Nutan’s condition. Parashar says Aniruddh already killed Nutan mentally. He adds he won’t spare the person who tried to kill Nutan physically.
Aniruddh asks hospital staff to tell him Nutan’s room number. He says he won’t break any rules and he won’t disturb anyone because he knows that’s a hospital. Hospital staff tells the room number to Aniruddh. Aniruddh goes inside and sees Nutan, who is unconscious. He tells her he won’t let her go anywhere. He says his marriage with Arshi is a compromise, like Nutan and Parashar’s marriage. He adds he wants to lead a normal life with her once. He recalls the moments he spent with her.
On the other hand, Abhijeet admits Ishani to the hospital. He tells Ambika that she will be responsible if anything happens to Ishani then. Ambika defends herself. Abhijeet says he will shift to a new city once Ishani becomes fine. Ambika tells him that won’t change anything. Abhijeet asks her whether she is saying Ishani’s death will solve everything. Ambika tells him she did not say anything like that. The doctor tells them she started the necessary treatment. Abhijeet asks her to save Ishani at any cost. The doctor asks him why Ishani took this decision. Abhijeet tells her that’s a long story.
The nurse comes there and tells the doctor about Ishani. She asks Ambika whether newspaper news is true. Abhijeet asks whether it’s necessary for Nurse to know what happened with the patient before treating the patient. The nurse asks why Abhijeet is getting angry. The doctor tells the nurse to do her work. She tells Abhijeet that she will try her best to save Ishani. She asks about Ishani’s trauma.
Abhijeet tells her Ishani was mistreated by everyone, including her mother. He says Ishani’s dream is to become an IPS officer, but she can’t enter the college now. He requests her to save Ishani. The doctor asks him to be strong and wait. She says Ishani did nothing wrong, so they should not blame Ishani. Abhijeet tells her he is feeling helpless. The doctor asks him to ignore what society will say, and his priority should be Ishani only. She goes inside.
Parashar asks his gang to go home. Veer says they are fine. Parashar tells them he is worried about them. Veer says they will go home together once Nutan becomes fine. Parashar says today the doctor will say medicine worked or not.
Meanwhile, the doctor tells Aniruddh that Nutan is in a coma. Aniruddh holds Nutan’s hand and cries. Parashar sees this from outside the room. Aniruddh asks Nutan to open her eyes and talk to him. He tells her he won’t let anything happen to her. The doctor tells Aniruddh that Nutan is hearing his voice; that’s why her heartbeat is increasing. Aniruddh places a kiss on Nutan’s hand and goes out.
Parashar asks why Aniruddh left Nutan when he loves her this much. Aniruddh says he won’t let anything happen to Nutan. Parashar says he will fulfill Aniruddh’s wish if he saves Nutan’s life then. Aniruddh says he wants to take Nutan with him. Parashar agrees.
Aniruddh goes to the hospital temple. He prays to God for Nutan and starts chanting mantras. Parashar tells Veer that Nutan’s heartbeat increased after hearing Aniruddh’s voice, which means she can survive. They hear Aniruddh’s voice and go to the hospital temple. Aniruddh takes a flower from the hospital temple. Parashar tells Aniruddh this flower will save Nutan. He says no one wants Nutan to die, and nothing will happen to her. They go to Nutan’s room. The nurse tells them she won’t allow them to go inside. Parashar tells Nurse that this is a pooja flower and Aniruddh should put this on Nutan’s head. The nurse says only Aniruddh can go inside. Parashar says thanks to Nurse.
Aniruddh goes inside and asks Nutan to return to him so they can live together. He says they are each other’s strength and puts the flower on her head.
