The episode begins with Aditi says Jhanak may demand her rights as Rishi’s wife in the future, and Rishi doesn’t want to do anything because for him this marriage is invalid. Rishi tells her that he was forced to marry Jhanak and he doesn’t have any relationship with Jhanak. Aditi asks him what Jhanak is doing there if he doesn’t have any relationship with Jhanak then.
Indumati says they should not have accepted Jhanak’s blood. Tanushri tells Indumati that they needed Jhanak’s blood to save Dadabhai. Abhimanyu accepts Jhanak helped them. He suggests giving money to Jhanak to return the favor. Payal says this is the best way to send Jhanak to the hospital. Aditi says she feels Jhanak won’t leave their life.
Indumati blames Dadabhai for everything. She apologized to Rishi on behalf of Dadabhai. She says she will tell Dadabhai to leave the house if he continues his relationship with Jhanak then, because she can’t tolerate problems daily. Aditi says Dadabhai can do whatever he wants, but she doesn’t want to be part of this drama.
Aniruddh tells her, “Let’s not talk about that now.” Aditi tells him that she is getting suicidal thoughts again. Tanushri tells Aditi that Rishi was forced to marry Jhanak, so it was not his fault. Aditi says she wants to know what happened in Simulboni that villagers forced Rishi to marry Jhanak. Rishi asks her whether she is really asking this of him when she told him everything already.
The doctor comes there and says Dadabhai started responding, and he will be stable soon. He asks them to meet Dadabhai later. Rishi’s family says thanks to the doctor. The doctor tells them to say thanks to Jhanak. Jhanak comes there with Putul. The doctor says they could save Dadabhai because Jhanak donated blood. Jhanak says thanks to him. Aditi says this is what Jhanak wanted.
Rishi tauntingly says thanks to Dadabhai. He tells her that she can’t stay there. Aniruddh asks Rishi how the latter is related to the girl who saved Dadabhai’s life. Rishi blames Jhanak for everything. He says Jhanak can’t become part of his family just because she helped to save Dadabhai’s life. He holds Aditi’s hand and tells Putul to send Jhanak from there. Jhanak tells Rishi that he insults her unnecessarily.
After some time, Rishi, Aditi, and Indumati go inside Dadabhai’s room. Aditi tells Dadabhai that he should not have gone to Simulboni because he is suffering now. Dadabhai asks where Jhanak is. Aditi tells him that she came to meet him, so whether or not he is happy with that. Dadabhai says he wants to see Jhanak. Rishi asks Dadabhai why the latter is doing this. Dadabhai takes Jhanak’s name.
Meanwhile, Tanushri tells Jhanak not to forget that Rishi was forced to marry the latter. She says Rishi and Aditi love each other so much, and they will get married. Jhanak says she will go to her village once Dadabhai goes to his house. Abhimanyu says Jhanak won’t listen to them, so he should call the police. Jhanak asks him how he can threaten to call the police in this situation. She tells them to stop insulting her. Rishi, Aditi, and Indumati come there. Nurse also comes there and tells Jhanak to meet Dadabhai because he keeps taking Jhanak’s name. Aditi says Jhanak became more important for Dadabhai than his own family.
