The episode begins with Ankush telling Jhanak to get permission from her principal to do Indranath’s nursing care. Jhanak asks why the principal would listen to her. Ankush tells her that he will handle that. And Jhanak should increase the dose of Indranath’s medicine. Jhanak gets worried about her future. Ankush assures nothing will happen to Jhanak. Rishi says Ankush will get caught in the investigation, and he questions why Jhanak should risk her life for Ankush. Jhanak says she would prefer to die before committing this sin.
Ankush tells her that he won’t kill her but will kill Rishi. He says only his guards are around this house so Rishi can’t escape. Rishi says his family will search for him and Jhanak. And CCTV footage will be checked by police. Ankush says he will handle that. And Jhanak can go home with Rishi after completing his work. He tells them he will put all the blame on Jhanak if they say anything against him then. He orders them to not plot anything tonight because his men will be there. He leaves from there. Jhanak tells Rishi that she is scared and cries. Rishi tells her that they will find a way.
The next day, Jhanak gets in Ankush’s car. She thinks she has to save both Rishi and Indranath. Ankush tells her that Indranath should die and not end up in a coma or anything like that. He warns her to don’t try to be oversmart because Rishi will die if she did anything against him then. He says even Parashar is his target, and he is watching Parashar’s movements. Jhanak gets shocked hearing this. She asks him to not harm Parashar. She says Ankush wants revenge.
Ankush tells her that he is balancing the things. Jhanak warns him to not harm either Rishi or Parashar. She asks whether Ankush will disappear if everything gets over. Ankush nods at her. Jhanak thinks she can’t do this sin, but she doesn’t have any other choice. Ankush tells her that he will watch her actions in the hospital. They reach the hospital. Jhanak enters the hospital.
After some time, Ankush calls Professor Sen and says Indranath wants Jhanak to take care of him. Professor Sen says he knows Jhanak is a brilliant student, but he has to follow the protocols. Ankush says he understands that, but it’s Indranath’s personal request. Professor Sen says he wants a written letter from Indranath’s office. Ankush says Professor Sen will receive that, but that should be secret. Professor Sen agrees and disconnects the call.
After some time, Professor Sen gives instructions to senior doctors. He notices Jhanak and goes to her. He tells her that Indranath wants her presence during his treatment; that’s why he gave this special permission. He asks her not to worry about anything because senior doctors will handle everything. And Jhanak has to just monitor everything. He says Jhanak can learn so much due to this case. Jhanak tells him that she wants to tell him something important. She stops after seeing Ankush man as the doctor there. She goes to Indranath’s room and greets him. Doctors decide to perform Indranath’s surgery as soon as possible.
Banumati says she is glad Jhanak came because she was feeling helpless. Jhanak assures Banumati that doctors will handle everything well. Banumati says Indranath trusts Jhanak so much so she is glad Jhanak came. Indranath says he is happy to see Jhanak there. Banumati says she is not worried about anything now. She tells Jhanak that she will be waiting in the VIP room and leaves from there.
Indranath asks why Jhanak looks tense. Jhanak tells him that this situation is like that—that’s why. Indranath says he remembers his daughter seeing Jhanak. Jhanak asks him to not worry about anything because he will be fine soon. And the doctors at this hospital are really talented. Indranath says he knows that still he is feeling helplessness.
A senior doctor comes there and gives a medicine schedule to Jhanak. He leaves from there. Ankush’s doctor takes Jhanak aside. He gives dangerous medicine to Jhanak and orders her to inject it into Indranath now. And later surgery complications will do everything. He tells her that she doesn’t have any other choice. Jhanak asks herself how she can kill someone.
On the other hand, Tanushri tells Abhimanyu that Rishi never switches off his phone like this. And from yesterday they don’t know where Rishi is. Abhimanyu calls Rishi’s office and asks about Rishi. He asks Dadabhai to call the DG of police. Tanushri cries. Abhimanyu consoles her, saying they will find Rishi.
Ankush calls his man and asks about the current situation. The doctor replies they injected a high dose of medicine into Indranath. He says now surgery won’t be successful. And Indranath’s organs will fail one by one soon. Ankush tells his man to keep an eye on Jhanak. He disconnects the call.
Ankush learns Rishi’s family started searching for Rishi. He tells Rishi to call his family and say he is on a confidential mission, so his phone will be switched off for a few days.

Our Take: Jhanak is in a dilemma because she doesn’t want Rishi to die, but she also can’t kill Indranath. Ankush’s plan is not foolproof because Jhanak will definitely try to be oversmart. And she will try to save both Rishi and Indranath.
