The episode begins with The doctor tells Parashar to inform Rishi about Jhanak’s condition first and arrange an ambulance to shift Jhanak. Parashar sends Mangal to arrange an ambulance. Jhanak tells Parashar that she is fine and she doesn’t want to go to Rishi’s house. Parashar tells her that he will take her to the hospital, not Rishi’s house. He calls Rishi, but there is no response from the other side. Jhanak tells him that today Rishi won’t pick up the call because he must be busy on his special day. She says no one should disturb Rishi today. Sakhi asks Jhanak not to worry because the latter has Nutan’s blessings. Parashar hopes he takes Jhanak to the hospital safely. Sakhi tells Parashar to call Rishi after admitting Jhanak to the hospital. Parashar agrees.
On the other side, Anjana says she will miss Aditi. Indumati says Aditi is their house’s Lakshmi. Abhimanyu says, “Let’s complete the procedure of marriage registration.”
Later, Jhanak recalls how Rishi told her he is getting married to Aditi. Then she recalls how her marriage happened with Rishi. Mangal comes there and says the car has arrived. Paradhar takes Jhanak to the hospital. Mangal calls Rishi. Aditi notices Mangal’s call and disconnects it. Then she switches off the phone.
After some time, the registrar asks Aditi and Rishi to sign. Aditi signs first. Then Rishi signs. Everyone claps for the couple. Aniruddh and Arshi sign as Aditi’s witnesses. Then Rishi’s family members sign as his witnesses. The registrar congratulates Rishi and Aditi. He announces them as husband and wife.
Anjana asks Aditi to sing a song. Aditi starts singing the “Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai” song. Rishi recalls the moments he spent with Jhanak. Aditi asks Rishi to join her, saying it’s his favorite. Rishi also sings with her. Dadabhai feels awkward.
After some time, Parashar reaches Rishi’s house. He asks the servant about Rishi’s family. The servant replies they went out for marriage. He gives the marriage hall address to Parashar. He asks whether Parashar did not get an invitation for marriage. He goes inside after telling Parashar to attend the marriage. Parashar wonders whether Rishi is getting married. Mangal asks how that is possible. He says the servant must have misunderstood. Parashar says Rishi is not picking up the call either. Mangal says, “Let’s go to the marriage hall to confirm that.” And he doesn’t think it’s Rishi’s marriage because he loves Jhanak so much. Parashar says Aditi wants to marry Rishi. They get in the car.
Neelu gives garlands to Rishi and Aditi. Rishi and Aditi exchange marriage garlands. Everyone claps. Indumati says she is happy Rishi got married today. She congratulatesTanushri. Payal says finally this happened. Aditi holds Rishi’s hand and smiles at him.
