The episode begins with Rishi takes Jhanak to the hospital. He tells the doctor about the accident and asks her to save Jhanak. Hospital staff takes Jhanak inside on the doctor’s behest. The manager asks about Jhanak’s details. Rishi tells the manager that he will fill out the form. The manager asks what Rishi will write in the relationship column. He asks whether Rishi knows Jhanak’s family members. Rishi replies that Jhanak is his relative. He says treatment is important now, and he will contact Jhanak’s family. The manager says they need Jhanak’s family member’s contact number. Rishi says he wrote his contact number. The manager asks about Rishi and Jhanak’s relationship. Rishi asks why the manager wants to know that. The manager says he wants Jhanak’s family member there.
The doctor comes there and tells Rishi that Jhanak’s head injury is severe. She says they should do multiple surgeries. Rishi asks whether Jhanak will survive. The doctor says Jhanak is young, so her body may respond to the treatment, but the surgeries are not simple ones. And today Rishi can’t meet Jhanak because they will shift Jhanak to the ICU. Then they will take all the tests today. Rishi thinks he never wanted Jhanak to die. He prays to God for Jhanak’s life.
On the other side, Aniruddh recalls how he saw Nutan in the hospital. He also recalls how Jhanak told him about her father. He misunderstands that Jhanak lied to him about her father. He thinks Arshi was right. He tells himself that Nutan would have come to him if Jhanak had been his daughter then. He blames Nutan for everything. He wonders whether Nutan wants to ruin Aditi’s life now. Bablu comes there and tells Aniruddh that Rishi got a clean chit. He says Aditi said committee members claimed to give a clean chit to Rishi due to Jhanak’s statement. Arshi says Jhanak would have said that to win Rishi’s trust. And Jhanak has Dadabhai’s support already. So soon Rishi will start supporting Jhanak.
Dadabhai asks his family not to badmouth Jhanak if they can’t say good things about her. Aditi tells him that they faced problems because of Jhanak, so how can they forget that? Dadabhai says he is alive because of Jhanak. And he is sure Jhanak did not say anything against Rishi in the committee meeting. Putul says Jhanak did so much for them, so they should acknowledge that. Indumati asks Putul to stop it. Putul says she is telling the truth. Indumati says no one is allowed to talk about Jhanak. Tanushri asks when Rishi will come. Aditi calls Rishi, but he disconnects the calls.
After some time, Rishi calls Aditi and tells her to go home because he is in the hospital. He reveals how he caused Jhanak’s accident and admitted her to the hospital. Aditi asks him how long she should tolerate Jhanak. Rishi tells her that he is talking about Jhanak’s accident. Aditi tells him that there will be a case against him. Rishi says that doesn’t matter, and Jhanak is in critical condition. Aditi tells him to do whatever he wants, and she will go to her home. Rishi asks her how he can leave Jhanak alone on the road to die. Aditi tells him that Jhanak won’t go from his life.
