The episode begins with Indumati tells Putul to find a job abroad like her brother so they can live peacefully. Putul says even she doesn’t want to stay there, but she is staying there for her father’s sake. Tanushri tells Jhanak to take care of Aditi and her needs. Jhanak asks what she should do now. Indumati tells Jhanak to go and ask Aditi about her breakfast. She asks Jhanak to give detox water to Aditi. Neelu asks Jhanak to make breakfast for her later. Jhanak leaves from there with detox water. Indumati says she is not understanding why her husband brought Jhanak there. Tanushri says they should keep Jhanak busy. Neelu tells them they should make sure Jhanak leaves the house.
On the other side, Arshi tells Aniruddh that she heard Rishi also supported Dadabhai. Aniruddh tells her that he can’t fight against Rishi. Arshi tells him that Rishi is behaving like Jhanak is only his responsibility. She asks him why he took Jhanak to the hospital. Aniruddh tells her that Jhanak can’t come in between Rishi and Aditi. Arshi tells him that Jhanak will be like Nutan. And history is repeating, so she won’t stay silent if Jhanak tried to ruin Aditi’s life then.
Aniruddh tells her to do whatever she wants but not to trouble him. He says he did so much already by going against his moral values for Aditi. Arshi asks him why Nutan said he is Jhanak’s father. Aniruddh tells her he doesn’t know. And Nutan is not alive, so he can’t ask her. Arshi tells him that Jhanak may demand money in the future. Aniruddh says Jhanak did not force her to accept her as a daughter. Arshi tells him that Aditi can’t tolerate Jhanak in that house. She says Aditi should not have married Rishi. But Aditi married Rishi because she loves him. Aniruddh tells her that Rishi also loves Aditi.
Arshi says she is sure Jhanak will be like her mother. Aniruddh asks her to not talk like this about a dead person. He recalls the moment he spent with Nutan. Arshi asks him why Jhanak is staying in Kolkata. Aniruddh tells her that Jhanak is preparing for the NEET exam. Arshi says Aditi could not do that, so how can Jhanak do that? Aniruddh tells her that Jhanak topped in her school and she is a really intelligent girl. He says Aditi failed; that doesn’t mean Jhanak will fail too. Arshi decides to bring Jhanak there and make her maid of the house.
Jhanak enters Rishi’s room and sees Rishi and Aditi sleeping on the floor. She tries to turn around and drops the detox water glass. Rishi and Aditi wake up. Aditi scolds Jhanak for entering the room without knocking. Rishi tells Jhanak that she should have knocked on the door. Aditi warns Jhanak not to enter her room without her permission. Jhanak says Indumati told her to take care of Aditi’s needs. She accepts she did wrong and apologizes to them. Aditi asks Jhanak to not try to act like a naive girl. She says Jhanak came to spy on them. Neelu comes there. Aditi complains about Jhanak to Neelu. Neelu scolds Jhanak. Rishi tells them to stop it because Jhanak apologized.
After some time, Rishi sees Jhanak and apologizes to her. Jhanak tells him that he need not apologize. Rishi tells her that Aditi overreacted but the latter should have knocked on the door. Jhanak tells him that she already apologized and she will apologize again. She tries to touch Rishi’s feet. But Rishi stops her. Jhanak tells him she thought Aditi would have woken up and he would have left for work. Rishi says sorry to her.
Meanwhile, Choton and Rumi enter Aniruddh’s house. Arshi tells them she will bring Jhanak to their house. She says they will invite Aditi and Rishi for ashta mangal, and she will make sure Jhanak does all the preparations. Rumi asks whether Jhanak will agree to come there. Arshi says Jhanak needs a place to stay, which they will give. Aniruddh says Dadabhai won’t agree. Rumi says Arshi is right. Choton says it’s wrong to make Jhanak a maid. Arshi tells him that Jhanak is a maid already. Choton asks what if the rumor is true.
Jhanak asks Rishi not to apologize on behalf of Aditi. She says she understands why Aditi got angry. She tells him that this is why she wanted to go to Simulboni. She decides to go to Simulboni. Rishi asks her whether she will go to Simulboni for this small matter. Jhanak tells him that it’s about her self-respect, so it’s not a small matter. Rishi asks her not to get angry. He says there are people who love her. Jhanak asks him who loves her. Rishi asks her whether she doesn’t know Dadabhai and Putul love her. He says he even fought with his family for her. Jhanak asks him why he did that. Rishi accepts he loves her.
