Jhanak tells Aniruddh that she has to stay with Brij Bhushan. She says she will die without Brij Bhushan. Choton asks Jhanak to not say it like that. Doctor tells sorry to Jhanak. Jhanak pleads with the doctor to save Brij Bhushan. The doctor tells Jhanak that Brij Bhushan is dead and they can’t do anything. Jhanak gets shattered hearing this and screams. She says it can’t be true, and Brij Bhushan can’t leave her. Bablu asks what will happen to Jhanak now. Choton tells Bablu that Jhanak will stay with them.
Jhanak tells Aniruddh that Brij Bhushan did nothing wrong, so why it happened. She asks why everyone leaves her. She says Brij Bhushan revealed the truth, and he got this in return. She cries. Aniruddh promises to give justice to Jhanak. He says he won’t spare the person who is behind this. Jhanak says that won’t return Brij Bhushan alive. She asks whom she will call father.
On the other hand, Srishti asks Vinayak whether she has become a murderer now. Vinayak tells Srishti that she was a murderer in the past too when Srishti left Jhanak to die. Srishti says that has not been proved yet. Vinayak says that has been proved and just waiting for results. He leaves from there. She stops him and asks him where he is going. He tells her he has to support Jhanak. She asks him to not get involved in all this. He says he wants Srishti to be punished. He adds Jhanak did nothing wrong, and Srishti doesn’t deserve to be called a mother. She tells him it seems like he doesn’t love her now. He tells her she can’t talk about love. He asks her to remorse and leaves from there. She tells herself that today is a happy day for her.
Meanwhile, the program begins in the Basti. The host announces Lalon and Apu will sing. He calls Kajol to the stage. Kajol narrates Lalon’s story and lists out Lalon’s qualities. She reveals how Lalon became a singer. Then she praises Apu. Apu asks Lalon whether Kajol is praising her. Jimli tells Apu to not speak. Anuradha tells Jimli to not create drama. Jimli threatens to leave from there. Anuradha tells Jimli to go.
Bablu tells Jhanak that Brij Bhushan won’t like to see her like this. Choton tells Jhanak that she has Brij Bhushan’s blessings. Jhanak says Brij Bhushan broke his promise and left her. She asks what she will do now. She adds she is orphaned again. Bablu tells Jhanak that she will stay in his home. Jhanak says she won’t go there.
Aniruddh tells Jhanak that Brij Bhushan gave her responsibility to him, so he will take decisions about her life. He says he will support Jhanak. He adds, Let’s complete the hospital formalities first. Choton says they should do the postmortem first. Jhanak says Brij Bhushan won’t go through that pain. Aniruddh tells Jhanak that it’s necessary to catch the criminal. Bablu tells Jhanak that they should do this to get justice for Brij Bhushan.
After some time, Aniruddh says it will take time, so they should go home. Choton tells Jhanak to be courageous. Jhanak asks Aniruddh to drop her in her home. Bablu says they won’t let Jhanak live alone. Jhanak says she can’t go to Babus’s home. Aniruddh tells Jhanak that he will handle everything. Jhanak says she can’t tolerate one more storm. Aniruddh tells her he will go with her to her home if she won’t come to his home then.
Arshi calls Aniruddh and asks him when he will come. She tells him he can’t bring anyone else with him. Aniruddh tells her he will take the decision and he doesn’t have time to talk to her. He disconnects the call. Jhanak says she wants to go to Mumbai. Bablu tells Jhanak that she can’t go anywhere without performing last rites. Jhanak says she wants to stay in her home with Brij Bhushan memories. Aniruddh tells Jhanak that he understands her, so he will stay with her. Jhanak tells him that can’t happen, and no one can force her. Aniruddh tells Jhanak that he will be with her. He holds her hand and says he won’t leave her hand ever.
