The episode begins with Jhanak assuming Dritimaan is a thief. Dritimaan understands Jhanak is from a village after hearing her talk. He asks her why the house is decorated. Jhanak tells him that he is not a guest but a thief because he doesn’t know about the function at all. She calls the servant and asks him to bring rope. Dritimaan tells her that she caught him, so he won’t try to act oversmart. He asks her whether today Rishi’s marriage is happening. Jhanak gets shocked hearing this.
Dritimaan asks her why she is silent. Jhanak says today is Dadabhai and Indumati’s 40th wedding anniversary. And she is glad she caught him before he entered the house. She asks him whether he is new to this work because he was coming through the front door. The servant gives the rope to Jhanak. Dritimaan tells Jhanak that he is ready. Jhanak ties Dritimaan with rope.
Meanwhile, Aditi asks Aniruddh why he did not bring Anjana. And Anjana is not picking up her calls. Aniruddh tells her that Anjana is not well. Bablu tells Aditi that Anjana is taking rest. Aditi asks them why they did not tell her about it earlier. Bablu says they thought Anjana would be fine.
Jhanak takes a wooden stick from the servant. She tells Servant to bring Rishi there. Dritimaan hears music playing inside. He tells Jhanak that he sings well. And he starts singing the ‘Mitwaa’ song. Jhanak gets shocked hearing him singing well. And she starts enjoying his singing. The servant tells Rishi about the thief. Rishi asks how that is possible. They go out.
Jhanak asks Dritimaan why he became a thief instead of focusing on his singing career. Dritimaan tells her that it’s fun to steal. Rishi and others come there. Rishi calls Dritimaan Dadabhai. Jhanak and Aditi get shocked hearing this. Dritimaan smiles at his family. His family gets emotional seeing Dritimaan there. Tanushri says she said Dritimaan will return one day. Rishi unties Dritimaan and asks who did this. Jhanak replies she did it. Rishi tells her she is a fool. Then he hugs Dritimaan. Aditi asks Jhanak what all this is.
Neelu asks Dritimaan where he went. And she is not able to believe she is seeing again. She cries. Abhimanyu asks Dritimaan why the latter left without informing them. Dritimaan takes his father’s blessings. Dadabhai hugs Dritimaan. He says Dritimaan finally remembered his family. Indumati hugs Dritimaan and cries. Surjeet asks Dritimaan about his wife and children.
Sanjhbati comes there and gets shocked seeing Dritimaan there. Dritimaan stares at Sanjhbati. Sanjhbati says she will leave from there because the family reunited after a long time. Rishi asks her to not go because she is also family. Jhanak tells Sanjhbati that the latter is also a family member. Sanjhbati says she has to go. Dritimaan tells her that she can’t go anywhere without listening to him.
Aniruddh asks why Dritimaan did not tell his parents if the latter wanted to marry someone else then. Rishi asks Aniruddh not to get involved in family matters. Dritimaan tells Sanjhbati that he will tell her everything, and she can leave him if she wants then. He holds her hand and takes her inside the house.
In the Simulboni, Kanka tells Parashar that he should go to Jhanak or a doctor. Parashar tells her that it’s just a normal fever and he will be fine in a few days. Kanka asks him why he is not listening to her. She says Parashar listened to Nutan only. Dhamu brings Lochan there. Lochan gives thanks to Parashar for helping his father in the past. Parashar asks about Lochan’s grandpa. Lochan replies his grandpa died last year.
On the other side, the police inspector tells his senior that he has not found Parashar yet. The senior officer scolds the police inspector for not catching Parashar yet. He picks up Lochan’s call and asks whether the latter met Parashar. Lochan tells everything to the senior officer. He goes to Parashar and apologizes. Kanka tells Parashar to escape from there. Dhamu tells Parashar that he will handle everything there. Parashar runs from there. A police inspector comes there and asks about Parashar. Dhamu tells the police inspector that Parashar is not there.
Later, Ayush calls Jhanak and asks her why she did not come to college. He tells her what he heard. Jhanak tells him she knows students don’t like her. Ayush asks her whether she is in Rishi’s house. And if she feels she is safe there. Jhanak tells him that she is safe there. Ayush tells her that he was worried about her. Jhanak asks him why he got worried. Rishi comes there and hears this. Ayush tells Jhanak that students are plotting against her, especially Mishti. Rishi thinks Ayush is instigating Jhanak against him and his family. He leaves from there.
Ayush tells Jhanak that Mishti is plotting against the latter with his friends. Dev comes there and asks what Ayush is doing there when college timing is over. He snatches the phone from Ayush and tells Jhanak to talk to Ayush later. Ayush asks Jhanak to take care of herself. Dev thinks Ayush is in love with Jhanak. Ayush goes to the hostel. Dev tells himself that he is from the principal’s side. He calls Mishti. Jhanak recalls what Ayush told her about Mishti.
