The episode begins with Parashar informs Rishi about Nutan’s death. He says he performed Nutan’s last rites, and he could not tell Jhanak about this. He asks Rishi to tell Jhanak about Nutan’s death at the right time and take care of Jhanak. Because Jhanak has only them now. Rishi asks Parashar to not worry about Jhanak and disconnect the call. He tells his family that Nutan is dead. Dadabhai says Jhanak doesn’t have anyone now. Rishi says Jhanak’s biological father is alive.
The next day, Putul helps Jhanak to walk. Jhanak says she is fine. Dadabhai tells Jhanak not to speak and to take rest. Jhanak tells him that she has to prepare for an exam. Rishi tells Putul to take Jhanak to the room. Tanushri says this is the last time they are taking Jhanak’s responsibility. Jhanak says she wanted to go to Simulboni from the hospital, but Rishi brought her there. She says she is feeling restless and missing Nutan. She tells Dadabhai about her dream.
Aditi comes there. Jhanak tells Aditi that she was talking about going to Simulboni. Aditi asks Jhanak not to cross the limits. She says she did not talk to Jhanak, and Jhanak should not talk to her. She tells Rishi that he is focusing on other things except his work. Rishi tells Aditi that she knew he caused Jhanak’s accident, so he has to take responsibility.
Aditi asks him when he will think about them. Rishi asks her to give him time. Aditi asks him whether he really thinks about her or not. Rishi asks her what kind of question that is. He says Aditi knows what crisis is happening. Tanushri tells Aditi that Rishi has faced so much already. And they will talk once Jhanak goes to Simulboni.
Abhimanyu asks why Jhanak came there when there is an emergency in Simulboni. Jhanak asks what happened in Simulboni. Aditi asks them whether they did not tell anything to Jhanak. Rishi tells Aditi that Jhanak was in the hospital; that’s why. He says Jhanak is not in the condition to travel. Aditi says Jhanak deserves to know the truth. Tanushri agrees with Aditi. Jhanak asks them what is the matter. She says she has to go to Simulboni. Aditi says Jhanak should have gone to Simulboni from the hospital. Jhanak tells Aditi that Rishi brought her there, but she wanted to go to Simulboni. She says Aditi can’t understand her because their world is different.
Rishi tells Jhanak that he has to tell her something. He asks her to be strong. Aditi asks him why he is not telling her directly. She reveals Nutan is dead. Jhanak gets shocked hearing this. Aditi says Nutan died yesterday. Jhanak cries.

Precap: Jhanak asks Rishi about what Aditi is saying about Nutan. Rishi tells Jhanak that Aditi told the truth. He says Jhanak was getting treatment. Jhanak says she did not even get a chance to see Nutan’s face one last time. She cries, hugging Putul. Later, Arshi asks Aditi why Rishi is getting involved with that village girl. Aditi says the village girl’s mother passed away. Aniruddh gets shocked hearing this.
