The episode begins with Anjana telling Jhanak to eat food. But Jhanak refuses. Arundhati says Brij Bhushan’s Shradh ritual can’t happen in her house. Choton asks Arundhati why that can’t happen there. Bipasha asks Choton what relationship Jhanak has with their family. Aniruddh says there is a place where the Shardh ritual can happen. Tanuja asks Aniruddh who will take Jhanak to that place. Arshi tauntingly says Aniruddh and Choton will take Jhanak to that place. She says one day Jhanak will order Tanuja too.
Aniruddh says if anyone else will take Jhanak, then he won’t go. Anjana says Jhanak did not eat anything for the last two days, and Jhanak will die if it continues like this. Arundhati tells Anjana that the latter is caring about Jhanak so much. Anjana tells Jhanak to eat a little bit. Choton tells Jhanak that he brought the vegetables so she can eat. Aniruddh tells Jhanak that she will be admitted to the hospital if she doesn’t eat then. Bipasha says Jhanak is doing all this for drama. Arshi says Jhanak will eat after doing drama. Jhanak tells Anjana to take food inside. Arshi tauntingly asks how long Jhanak can survive without food.
Arundhati says she doesn’t want all this in her house. Jhanak says she won’t do the Brij Bhushan Shardh ritual in this house. She adds she would have left already. Arshi asks Jhanak who stopped the latter. Aniruddh says he stopped Jhanak. Choton and Anjana agree with Aniruddh. Tanuja says only Arshi is the daughter-in law of this house. Anjana says Jhanak’s life is in danger, and after a few days, Jhanak will leave. She asks Arundhati whether the latter doesn’t think something unfair happened with Jhanak.
Arshi says she and Srishti want justice, but Aniruddh doesn’t care about it. Aniruddh tells Arshi that she is free to leave him if she can’t stay with him then. She tells him to shut up. She says Aniruddh is taking care of an outsider in front of her, and she can’t even react. Choton asks Arshi what wrong Aniruddh and Jhanak are doing. Anjana says even Arshi is an outsider if Jhanak is an outsider then. Arshi says Jhanak is not her sister. Jhanak, it would have been good if she were not Srishti’s daughter. Arshi says she will be ashamed if Jhanak is her sister then. Aniruddh tells Jhanak to ignore all this and eat.
Apu comes there and hugs Jhanak. She says she will feed Jhanak. Bipasha tells Arshi that they should go inside. Apu tells Bipasha to go inside. She feeds Jhanak. Arundhati says one day Jhanak will eat this house too. Jhanak cries. Aniruddh asks Arundhati what she is saying. Arundhati tells him she is seeing everything. She says she knows Aniruddh is hurting Arshi. Jhanak says she will leave after completing the Shardh ritual of Brij Bhushan.
After some time, Aniruddh goes to Jhanak’s room. Jhanak asks him why he came there and what if Arshi sees him there. He asks her what about his feelings. He says Arshi is not happy with him, so it will be best to get separated. She tells him she doesn’t want to become the reason for Aniruddh and Arshi’s separation. He says he doesn’t want to stay with Arshi no matter what. She tells him Arshi loves him. He tells her he is scared of Arshi nowadays and he can’t save his relationship with Arshi. He says he wants freedom from Arshi. She tells him he is doing wrong. He tells her he is not Arshi’s husband technically. He says he wants to live his life happily and peacefully. Bipasha overhears their conversation. She thinks Aniruddh won’t go to Jhanak after learning about Jhanak’s actions.
Aniruddh asks Jhanak whether she will stay with him if he ends his relationship with Arshi then. Jhanak tells him that won’t happen ever. She says she doesn’t want to become the reason for someone’s breakup. She adds they can’t become one in this birth. He tells her he doesn’t want to stay with Arshi, and he will come to Jhanak after separating from Arshi. He says he will call Aditya for Brij Bhushan’s Shardh ritual. She tells him no need of that.
Bipasha thinks Aniruddh will understand Jhanak’s real face when he learns Jhanak informed Aditya about the Shardh ritual already. She goes inside Jhanak’s room and tells special instructions to Jhanak. She steals Jhanak’s phone.
