The episode begins with Indumati asking what about the promises Rishi gave to Aditi during marriage. Dadabhai says if the promises try to suffocate the life, then it’s right to break them. And Rishi and Jhanak also promised each other during their marriage. Abhimanyu says they are practical people, not like Dadabhai. And the truth is Jhanak and Rishi’s marriage was a forced one. He reminds Dadabhai that Rishi gave promises to Aditi for many years. Dadabhai says there is no use in talking about it now. He asks Rishi about the guy whom Aditi chose now.
Rishi replies he doesn’t know anything about that guy. He reveals what he saw outside family court. He says Aditi moved on in her life, and their relationship is going to end almost. And he accepts he is sad that his relationship with Aditi ended; that’s why he is not celebrating it. Jhanak thinks Rishi is not moving towards her. Tanushri asks Rishi to return Aditi if he is sad then. And she feels Aditi is Rishi’s shadow. Ridhi tells her Aditi moved on.
Neelu says it’s interesting that now Rishi is in second place in Aditi’s life. Or there is no place for him in Aditi’s life. Abhimanyu tells Rishi that he is not understanding the latter’s path. Tanushri says Jhanak manipulated Rishi. Jhanak asks what Tanushri is saying. Tanushri says Jhanak separated Rishi and Aditi. And Jhanak separated Rishi from his mother.
Jhanak says she knows Rishi is sad. And she is not understanding why he wants to stay with her. She asks him not to divorce Aditi because he is heartbroken after breaking Aditi’s heart. Rishi asks her whether she is saying all this because Aditi is her sister. Jhanak asks him why he is talking about that. Rishi tells her that Aditi moved on. And he cares about Jhanak because she is stuck with him. Neelu says the truth is out finally. Jhanak asks Rishi what he is saying. Rishi tells her that the truth is she also wants to stay with him.
Jhanak tells him that he is twisting the matter in front of everyone. And she opposed Rishi’s decision to divorce Aditi. She says Rishi is heartbroken, and he gave a broken heart piece to her. Rishi tells her that it’s not like that. He says, “Let’s talk about it later.” Jhanak says it’s the right time to talk. And she also wants Rishi to stay with Aditi. Rishi says Jhanak is talking like this due to her self-respect. Neelu says Jhanak can’t become great by acting like this.
Rishi tells Jhanak that he loves her and wants to stay with her. And Aditi left from his life. Tanushri asks him not to behave shamelessly. Rishi tells her that he is speaking the truth. And he understands they need time to accept the truth. He requests his parents to accept Jhanak for him. Dritimaan says Rishi is right, and Rishi’s parents are also right. Sanjhbati says they should not judge Rishi because of his decision.
Tanushri says Jhanak can stay in this house forcefully and claim rights to Rishi’s broken heart. But Jhanak won’t get mother-in-law love from her. And she will wait for Rishi’s realization. Jhanak says she knows Tanushri will hate her forever. And she won’t try to snatch Rishi’s broken piece from anyone. She asks what she can do if she is facing fate like Nutan’s fate then. She tells Rishi to talk to Aditi. Rishi says that’s not possible now. And he loves Jhanak. Dadabhai asks Jhanak to trust Rishi. Jhanak thinks she is not able to trust Rishi. Rishi thinks his broken heart piece is with Jhanak only, not Aditi.
Tanushri says she and Abhimanyu will never accept Rishi and Jhanak’s relationship. And she won’t forget Jhanak ruined Aditi’s life. Rishi tells her it’s not like that. Tanushri tells him that she won’t interfere in his life but won’t accept his decision. She goes inside. Abhimanyu follows her. Dadabhai asks Jhanak not to blame herself for anything. And Rishi loves Jhanak, so he will keep her happy always.
After some time, Jhanak recalls everyone’s words and cries. She thinks she was wrong about Rishi. And she should not have confessed her love to Rishi because that’s made him weak. Rishi comes there. Jhanak tells him that she doesn’t want to talk about it again. Rishi asks her not to misunderstand. Jhanak tells him that the truth is his half-heart piece is with Aditi. Rishi tells her that his whole heart is with her.
Jhanak tells him he felt hurt seeing Aditi with some other guy. And Rishi did not expect Aditi to move on easily. Because Rishi thought Aditi would beg him to accept her. Rishi asks her whether she thinks he is that kind of person. Jhanak says Rishi looked like he lost something precious when he came from family court. Rishi tells her that divorce is mutual. And they should marry. Jhanak asks how they can marry when he is legally Aditi’s husband now. Rishi asks him whether she doesn’t want to marry him. Jhanak tells him that she needs time to think. She asks him to stay away from her. Rishi asks her to trust him that he loves her only. He leaves from there.
On the other side, Ankush comes out of jail on bail. He learns Indranath is going to meet Jhanak in the restaurant. He tells his men to keep an eye on Jhanak. He says Indranath killed his parents because they learned Indranath’s real face. That’s why he waited all these years for revenge. And he won’t spare Jhanak.

Our Take: Jhanak feels Rishi loves her and also Aditi. So she asks for time to think about their future. Which is the right decision emotionally. But Rishi is claiming he loves Jhanak only, but she is not trusting him. He is trying to put the blame on Aditi for the divorce, which is wrong. Because everything is happening due to him.
Will Aditi sign on the divorce document? Will Aditi oppose Rishi?
