The episode begins with Akshar telling Vihaan that everything went well. Vihaan says they don’t know anything about Jhanak, and if she is married, then her husband may come. Akshar asks Vihaan to not overthink. Vihaan thanks Akshar for helping him.
On the other hand, Vihaan’s bhabhi Prachi tells her father-in-law that tomorrow she will cook Vihaan’s favorite dishes. She asks what Vihaan’s wife likes. Ketki scolds Prachi for thinking to cook Vihaan’s wife’s favorite dishes. She says only men’s favorite dishes get cooked in the house. She asks whether Prachi forgot house rules. Sejal says Vihaan’s wife is coming from a foreign country; that’s why Prachi asked. Ketki’s father says Vihaan’s wife is human like them. Ketki says Vihaan’s wife has to follow her orders and leaves from there.
Aniruddh says he has been seeing Bablu and Anjana working since childhood. He asks whether Laal took care of his parents ever. He tells Laal to learn to take care of his parents at least now. Bablu says he doesn’t want Laal’s support now. Bipasha says she would not have married Laal if she had known the Bose family was not the owner of this house then. Lalon tells Bipasha that she can leave the house if she has a problem with doing household chores then. Anjana tells Lalon that they should follow the rules from tomorrow. She tells Tanuja that she will help the latter. Lalon tells Anjana that she can’t help with household chores. He says household chores are Tanuja and Bipasha’s responsibility.
Sarika helps Jhanak to get ready. Jhanak says she doesn’t apply makeup. Sarika says Jhanak is a newly wedded bride. Jhanak says she doesn’t know about America, so she is scared. Sarika asks Jhanak to not worry because Vihaan’s family won’t question her much. She asks whether Jhanak is married. Jhanak thinks she is married in her heart. She says she is married.
Vihaan’s brothers Bhavesh and Hitesh decorate the house to welcome Vihaan and his family. Hitesh says Ketki will come down seeing Vihaan. But Ketki will get angry after seeing Vihaan’s wife.
In the kitchen, Anjana makes tea. Apu tells Anjana the latter won’t change. She sees Tanuja and calls the latter. Lalon tells Anjana to take a rest and takes her from there. Apu tells Tanuja to make breakfast. Anjana says Tanuja never cooked. Bablu says they should not do this with Tanuja. Tanuja brings tea.
Sarika tells Jhanak that Vihaan will return to America after a few days, so Jhanak will be free. She says Jhanak will get attached to Ahaan. She asks Jhanak about the latter’s mother. Jhanak says she doesn’t have anyone in this world. Sarika tells Jhanak that the latter has her. Jhanak cries. Sarika tells Jhanak to not cry. She says Jhanak has to leave with Vihaan after having food. Vihaan and Akshar come there. Akshar says Jhanak is looking like the wife of Vihaan.
Neighbor says Ketki can’t get angry after seeing grandson’s face. She adds Vihaan’s wife is lucky to get Vihaan. Another lady says her husband is waiting to get treated by Vihaan. Ketki says she always wanted Vihaan to stay there. The neighbor asks Vihaan’s father what was the need for Vihaan to go to America when they have everything. Vihaan’s father says Vihaan went to America to fulfill his dream. He adds that Ketki did not talk to Vihaan for two years.
Bipasha gets shocked seeing Tanuja with a tea tray. Laal asks her to not react; else they will end up in a problem. Apu tells Bipasha to help Tanuja. Choton tells Anjana that she can’t help Tanuja. He asks Bipasha whether she can’t help her favorite Tanuja.
Priyanshi tells Ketki that she wants to go to her friend’s house. Ketki refuses to let Priyanshi go. Priyanshi tries to get Prachi’s permission. Prachi tells Priyanshi that the latter can’t go against Ketki. Priyanshi says she will go. Ketki tells Priyanshi that she won’t let the latter enter the house if she goes now then. Priyanshi says she is not dying to live in the house. Ketki says she will do Priyanshi’s marriage once she passes 10th.
Akshar tells Vihaan that the latter’s family is planning to welcome Jhanak. Vihaan apologizes to Avni in his mind for giving her place to Jhanak. Akshar asks whether Vihaan will meet his friends. Vihaan talks about his Kolkata friend. Jhanak gets worried hearing this. She thinks she is overthinking.
