The episode begins with Rishi taking Saanjhbati to his house. Rishi’s family gets happy seeing Saanjhbati there. Indumati hugs Saanjhbati. Putul says she is happy to see Saanjhbati there. Indumati says Saanjhbati ignored their calls. Tanushri asks whether Saanjhbati did not miss them. Saanjhbati says she was busy with work; that’s why she could not come to meet them. Dadabhai says Saanjhbati never called them after that incident. Saanjhbati asks him to not talk about the past. She says she met Rishi accidentally in the market, and he forcefully took her there. She sees Aditi.
Neelu introduces Saanjhbati to Aditi. She says Saanjhbati and Ridhiman’s marriage got fixed, but he left for abroad. Aditi says it’s good to meet Saanjhbati. Abhimanyu asks Saanjhbati how she is doing. Saanjhbati replies she is fine. Abhimanyu says they have been lifeless from the time Ridhiman left. And he hopes Ridhiman will return. Saanjhbati asks him whether he still has hope.
Tanushri says she trusts Ridhiman will return one day, definitely. But she is not understanding why Ridhiman left for abroad. Saanjhbati says even she doesn’t know the reason. And Ridhiman never called her. She asks them to tell Ridhiman that she is not angry at him if they talk to him in the future. She says she won’t question Ridhiman even if he returns with his wife and his children then. She asks Rishi whether he tried to find Ridhiman. Rishi says he can’t help Saanjhbati in this matter. Putul says let Ridhiman live his life the way he wants.
Indumati requests Saanjhbati to come and meet them whenever she gets free time. Saanjhbati asks why she should be punished for loving Ridhiman. Indumati asks whether meeting them is punishment for Saanjhbati. Saanjhbati says she is remembering the past seeing them. Neelu asks why Saanjhbati did not get married. Saanjhbati says she is not interested in marriage now. Dadabhai asks her why she stopped singing. Saanjhbati tells him that she sings less. She says she is invited to sing in Mishti’s college.
Tanushri asks what Saanjhbati will eat. Saanjhbati says she doesn’t want to eat. Rishi asks Saanjhbati to stop all this and eat something. He says he feels guilty that Ridhiman did this with Saanjhbati. Aditi asks him why he is guilty. Rishi tells her that Saanjhbati is a special person for him. And Saanjhbati supported his family and Ridhiman a lot. But Ridhiman betrayed Saanjhbati in the end. Dadabhai says he always tried to do the right things. And he will question Ridhiman when he returns. Saanjhbati asks him not to blame him for anything. Aditi says she feels like this house’s sons like to betray. Rishi looks at Aditi.
Later, Rishi asks Aditi why she said that in front of Saanjhbati. Aditi tells him that she feels like that. And it’s visible Rishi has feelings for Jhanak. Rishi tells her that she won’t stop suspecting him. And he went to college as a police officer. Aditi reminds him that he signed as local guardian for Jhanak. Rishi tells her that he is tired of this. And he is not betraying Aditi at all. Aditi tells him that he broke his promise again and again. Rishi tells her that she is accusing all the men of his family. He asks what if he accuses Aniruddh.
Aditi tells him that he knows Jhanak’s accusation is wrong about Aniruddh. She says Rishi’s actions are hurting her. And she doesn’t know when they will become normal. Rishi asks her to not forget she is his responsibility. Aditi asks him whether she is not his love now. Rishi tells her that both have the same meaning. Aditi asks him whether he loves her. Rishi thinks he is not able to answer Aditi.
Aditi tells him that he is hesitating, which proves everything. Rishi tells her that he loves her and he accepts that his actions created all the misunderstandings. Aditi tells him that it’s too late, so let’s sleep. Rishi tells her not to assume anything. Aditi tells him that she doesn’t want to lose him. Rishi tells her, “Let’s sleep now.”
The next day, the college freshers party begins. The host announces the debate competition. Mishti, Jhanak, and other students go to the stage. The host says the topic is a woman can never match a man’s level. She tells participants to talk for two minutes on this topic. Mishti talks first. Then other participants talk. After that, Jhanak takes the mic.
