The episode begins with Rishi taking Jhanak to his house. Tanushri asks him what he is doing. Rishi tells her that Sanjhbati’s mother refused to keep Jhanak in her house. Sanjhbati says she can’t talk to her mother about this matter. She asks Rishi to understand her. Abhimanyu asks whether this is a dharamshala. Neelu says they know about Jhanak’s actions, so they can’t let Jhanak stay there. Indumati agrees with Neelu. She asks what about their safety.
Dadabhai asks Rishi about Aditi’s condition. Rishi replies Aditi is better. Putul says Jhanak will stay in her room and won’t come out. Neelu asks Putul whether the latter has become mad. She tells Rishi that an attempt to murder case will be filed on Jhanak so Jhanak can’t stay there. Tanushri asks Rishi whether he is not thinking about their safety. And who will take responsibility if anything happens to kids because of Jhanak?
Dritimaan asks where Rishi went yesterday. Rishi replies he went to submit sample collection and had a meeting for this case. And a neutral investigation will happen. Jhanak says she wanted to go to Simulboni, but she stopped for investigation. Dadabhai says he doesn’t believe Jhanak tried to kill Aditi. He asks Jhanak whether she suspects anyone. Jhanak says she did not do that. But she doesn’t suspect anyone. Sanjhbati says only Aditi fainted after drinking juice, which means something was mixed in it. She asks Jhanak to say whether the latter wants to confess anything then.
Jhanak asks whether Sanjhbati suspects her. Sanjhbati says that doesn’t matter. And everyone wants to know what exactly happened. She adds her mother is in shock. Jhanak says she understands everything. And she also wants to know who tried to kill Aditi. Abhimanyu says Jhanak is doing drama. Dritimaan says he is feeling bad for Aditi. And he went with Sanjhbati to invite Aditi. He tells Rishi that Aditi suffered so much, which she did not deserve. He asks whether Rishi talked to Aditi. Rishi replies the doctor did not allow him to meet Aditi.
Dritimaan says Rishi should not have brought Jhanak there. Rishi says Jhanak doesn’t have a place to stay. Sanjhbati tells Rishi that he should understand others’ feelings too. And Rishi could have taken Jhanak to the hotel. Rishi says the truth will come out after investigation. And he will make sure Jhanak gets punished if it turns out she is guilty then. Dadabhai says he doesn’t have anything to defend Jhanak. Dritimaan asks Jhanak to accept it if she did it then. Sanjhbati tells Jhanak to tell the truth to the police at least.
Jhanak says she always speaks the truth. Dadabhai asks her to admit the truth now. Because if the truth comes out during the investigation, then Jhanak’s life will be ruined. Jhanak says everyone accepted she is the culprit, so it doesn’t matter what she says. Dritimaan tells Jhanak that they have reason to suspect her. He asks why Aditi’s parents would try to kill Aditi. And Jhanak prepared juice before Aditi’s parents’ arrival. He asks what Jhanak would have thought if she were in their place.
Jhanak says she would suspect herself too. Tanushri says Jhanak is really dangerous. She asks Rishi whether he doesn’t think he should throw Jhanak out of the house. Rishi says it’s for a few days only. He tells Jhanak that he won’t support her if it turns out she is guilty then. Sanjhbati says she is ashamed of herself that she had supported Jhanak. Jhanak says thanks to Sanjhbati for supporting her till now. She accepts she is guilty. Dritimaan asks whether Jhanak is really admitting it. Jhanak asks who else can do it except her. Putul says she knows Jhanak can’t harm anyone.
Jhanak says she will get Aniruddh’s wealth after Aditi’s death because he is her father. And she would get Aditi’s husband too, which she wanted. Rishi asks her not to speak nonsense in anger. Jhanak tells him that he should not wait for an investigation and throw her out of the house. Abhimanyu says Jhanak waited till now to get rid of Jhanak. Jhanak agrees with Abhimanyu. Tanushri asks someone to record Jhanak’s confession, or else she will change it later. Jhanak says she will tell this to the police too. Rishi asks her to stop it and tell the truth to the police. He says he knows Jhanak is innocent. Jhanak says only she gets benefit if Aditi dies. That’s why she tried to kill Jhanak. Rishi thinks Jhanak is confessing like this in pain.
Later, Anjana asks Aditi to eat fruits at least. Aditi replies she is not hungry. Arshi says Aditi has to take medicine, so at least drink juice. Rishi comes there. Arshi asks him what he wants now. Rishi says he did not try to kill Aditi. And he can come to meet his wife when she is unwell. Aditi asks him whether he really thinks she is his wife. Rishi tells her that they are not divorced yet, so he is still her husband.
Arshi asks him to stop this acting. She says they attended the marriage to respect Dritimaan and Sanjhbati’s invitation, but she could have lost her daughter. She scolds Rishi for supporting Jhanak still. Rishi says an unbiased investigation will happen, and he won’t see Jhanak again if it turns out she is guilty then. Aditi says only Jhanak will benefit if she dies. And let the police do their job.
Rishi says it’s not like Aditi is his enemy. Arshi tells him to leave from there because she doesn’t want him around Aditi. Rishi asks her whether she suspects him. Arshi says Rishi can do anything to save Jhanak. Rishi tells Aditi that he deserves a chance to know the truth. And he promises to never see Jhanak’s face if it gets proved she tried to kill Aditi then. Aniruddh thinks Jhanak should be found guilty no matter what.

Our Take: Rishi brings Jhanak to his house because she doesn’t have a place to stay during the investigation. Jhanak realizes everyone suspects her, so she lies and says she tried to kill Aditi. Rishi understands Jhanak is confessing like this in pain. But he also doubts her, which proves he doesn’t trust her blindly. Later, Rishi meets Aditi and tells her they are still a couple. And he won’t see Jhanak again if she turns out guilty then. Seems like Rishi is sympathizing with Aditi. But he did not say he will return to Aditi.
What will Jhanak say in her confession? Will Aniruddh succeed in trapping Jhanak? Will Rishi do anything to save Jhanak?
