The episode starts with Shivangi and Raju bringing Bobby to the hospital. Shivangi asks the doctor to check Bobby and informs him that she is a heart patient. The doctor asks Shivangi to fill out the form first and leaves without checking Bobby.
Shivangi goes to fill out the form and later asks the receptionist when the doctor will see Bobby. The receptionist tells her to wait for their turn. Shivangi lashes out because no doctor is attending to her mother, who is having a heart attack. The nurse steps in and assures Shivangi that she will check Bobby, asking her to calm down. The nurse agrees to help.
Meanwhile, Tara is worried that AG might tell someone about the accident and becomes hysterical. She tries calling AG, but he doesn’t respond. Tara then calls Goldie, telling him they need to find AG before he reveals anything about the accident. Goldie tries to calm her down and sends Dimple to get a sleeping pill for Tara, who is having a panic attack. Goldie warns Tara that if she doesn’t calm down, she might end up revealing the accident herself. Goldie then leaves to look for AG.
AG calls Shivangi, and she answers the phone in tears. Raju takes the phone from Shivangi and informs AG that Bobby has been admitted to the hospital, explaining the situation. AG reassures Raju not to worry and says he’s on his way.
The doctor finally checks on Bobby and transfers her to the CCU. Raju tells Shivangi that AG has been a lifesaver; without his help, Bobby wouldn’t have received treatment.
AG arrives at the hospital and asks Shivangi about Bobby’s condition. The doctor informs them that Bobby has had a heart attack and needs immediate surgery. AG instructs the doctor to proceed with the operation, and the doctor agrees.
Tara wakes up and calls Sandy to ask where AG is. Sandy tells her that Bobby has been admitted to the hospital and AG is there. Hearing this, Tara rushes to the hospital.
After the surgery, the doctor informs AG and Shivangi that the procedure was successful.
Tara arrives at the hospital and demands Bobby Sawant’s file from the receptionist. The receptionist refuses at first, but Tara threatens her, saying she could get her fired. Intimidated, the receptionist hands over Bobby’s file. Upon seeing the name “Prakash Sawant” listed as Bobby’s husband, Tara realizes that Shivangi is Prakash’s daughter. Determined to keep the truth hidden, she goes to a private room.
AG urges Shivangi to eat something, as she hasn’t eaten all day. He feeds her, and she falls asleep on his shoulder. AG, recalling that he is the one responsible for Shivangi’s father’s death, stands up abruptly. Shivangi wakes up and asks if something happened to Bobby. AG reassures her that everything is fine.
