The episode starts with the doctor telling Shivangi that Bobby suddenly had another attack and has gone into a coma. Shivangi, surprised, says Bobby was fine after the surgery and asks the doctor what happened in such a short time that caused another attack. The doctor replies that he doesn’t know what happened either. Shivangi asks when Bobby will wake up, and the doctor says they can never predict a specific time, then leaves.
Shivangi asks Raju what happened in such a short time that caused Bobby’s second attack. AG explains that Bobby was conscious when he was there, but she suddenly started shouting and then had an attack. Shivangi questions why Bobby would shout. Raju suggests that Bobby might have seen AG after waking up and got angry at him. Shivangi tries to explain to Bobby that she misunderstood AG and tells her how much AG has helped them. AG then asks Sandy to make arrangements and says Bobby and Shivangi will stay at his home. However, Shivangi insists that they will stay at Raju’s house. AG refuses, reminding her that he promised Bobby he would take care of them.
Goldie asks Tara why she seems happy. Tara responds that AG told Bobby the truth and managed to silence her. Goldie then asks what Tara will do if AG tells the truth to Shivangi. Tara confidently replies that it won’t happen, as so much has happened since AG told Bobby the truth.
Tara questions Sandy about why he brought Bobby there. Sandy explains that AG asked him to bring Bobby. Tara is annoyed and says this is not a welfare center where anyone can stay. AG counters, reminding Tara that this is his house too and that he will allow Shivangi and Bobby to stay. Everyone leaves. Goldie remarks to Tara that AG is taking responsibility for Shivangi and asks what Tara will do about it.
AG offers Shivangi any help she may need and instructs Mangya to ensure she gets whatever she wants before leaving. Shivangi tells Bobby that AG is a good man because he’s taking care of them, even going against Tara. She then asks Mangya what he’s thinking. Mangya says he feels like AG wants to tell her something important.
AG asks Sandy to summon the legal team. Sandy agrees and leaves.
Tara approaches AG and tells him she’s come to remind him of his past. She shows him a newspaper with an article about Prakash Sawant dying in a roadside accident. AG also notices a part of Shivangi’s bracelet falling out of the newspaper.
Dimple runs into Shivangi. She tells Shivangi to let her know if she needs anything, saying that once AG accepts someone, he accepts them wholeheartedly. Dimple retrieves a file meant for AG and leaves.
AG declares that he will tell the truth no matter what. Tara challenges him, asking if he will still tell the truth, even if it means sending her to jail.
Shivangi confesses her love for AG to Bobby, explaining how much AG has done for them. Mangya arrives and urges Shivangi to eat something. She asks if AG has eaten, and Mangya tells her to go and see him, as he is in his room, while he talks to Bobby.
Tara approaches AG again. She tells him she came to remind him of the past. AG asks Tara why she would go to jail, as it was his fault the car took a turn. Tara replies that she was the adult, and he was just a child at the time. She then asks AG to promise that he won’t tell Shivangi about the accident. Dimple overhears and says she will tell Shivangi the truth.
