The episode starts with AG and Shivangi seeing that Bobby’s monitor is making noises. Shivangi calls for the doctor. The doctor checks Bobby and says she is showing good signs of recovery. The doctor asks Shivangi to talk to Bobby about things that might make her feel better. Shivangi agrees and leaves with Raju.
Later, Shivangi visits Bobby and tells her that she wore the dress Bobby selected for her for Ganesh Chaturthi. Shivangi asks Bobby how she looks in the dress and urges her to wake up so they can prepare for Ganesh Chaturthi. The nurse says they need to administer an injection to Bobby.
Tara tells Sandy that she came here for AG and asks where AG is. Sandy gives false directions to Tara and sends her away. Sandy then decides to inform someone about Tara being there.
The nurse tells Shivangi that they need to change Bobby’s dress and asks Shivangi to help. Shivangi agrees and sets up curtains around Bobby. Later, the nurse asks Shivangi to go and fill out a form.
AG thinks he needs to tell Shivangi the truth. Mangya asks AG what he needs to tell Shivangi. AG makes a comment about it.
Tara goes to room 209 and sees that AG isn’t there. She asks a man where Bobby Sawant is, and the man tells her to ask at the reception.
AG arrives at Bobby’s room and sees the curtains, thinking Shivangi is behind them. He tells Shivangi that he wants to reveal a truth but says he cannot do it while seeing her face. AG confesses to Shivangi that he is responsible for her father’s death.
Tara arrives at Bobby’s room and overhears AG confessing about the accident. AG then realizes that behind the curtain is not Shivangi but Bobby, who has regained consciousness.
Shivangi is shown filling out the form at the reception. Later, Mangya approaches Shivangi and apologizes for mentioning that Shivangi loves AG in front of him.
Bobby tells AG that she knew he would be punished one day but never expected this. She says she will tell Shivangi the truth right away. AG asks Bobby to calm down and says he is ready for any punishment they might give him. Bobby comments on this, then experiences a panic attack. AG, seeing this, calls for the doctor. Tara thinks she needs to act and tries to close Bobby’s mouth.
Sandy runs into Shivangi and informs her that Tara is there, and they need to tell AG. Shivangi suggests that AG might be in Bobby’s room, and they both head there.
The doctor examines Bobby and asks AG what happened. AG explains that Bobby had another panic attack. The doctor instructs the nurse to administer an injection. The nurse switches the injection and gives it to the doctor, who then administers it to Bobby.
The nurse leaves and goes to Tara. She tells Tara that her work is done and that she injected Bobby with a drug that will put her into a coma. Tara congratulates her and gives her money.
Shivangi arrives and asks the doctor what happened. The doctor explains that Bobby had another attack and went into a coma. Shivangi is devastated by the news.

Precap: Goldie asks Tara why she looks happy. Tara says AG revealed the accident to Bobby, and she ensured Bobby could not talk. Goldie asks Tara what they will do if AG tells the truth to Shivangi. Tara says it’s not possible because AG revealed the truth to Bobby, so he will keep quiet. AG is shown having revealed the accident to Shivangi.
