The episode starts with Jahaan coughing heavily. Blood comes out of his mouth. The nurse calls the doctor. Ilahi comes there and sees him. She asks how this happened. She cries. The nurse takes Ilahi outside. The doctor checks Jahan. Jordan recalls his challenge and gains consciousness. He says he has to leave. Jordan’s family comes there and tries to stop Jordan. The doctor gives an injection to Jordan which makes him fall asleep. The doctor assures Jordan’s family that Jordan is fine and asks them to not worry.

The Doctor asks the Nurse to observe Jahan and leaves. Ilahi asks the Doctor about Jahan’s condition. The doctor asks how she is related to Jahan. Ilahi says she is a friend and neighbor of him. The doctor says Jahan inhaled poisonous gas which affected his throat and lungs. He says Jahan is vomiting blood which is not a good sign and his vocal cords are affected too. Ilahi requests the Doctor to save Jahan. The doctor says they do their best and leaves. Ilahi looks at Jahan and says I won’t let anything happen to him.

Ilahi goes to Gurudwara with her injured feet Jahan. She prays to god for Jahan’s well-being. She sings with pain. Pandit comes to her and assures her that her prayers will be heard by god and nothing will happen to the person for whom she is praying. On the other side, Jahan feels better. Ilahi takes Prasad and returns to the hospital. The Doctor meets Ilahi and tells her that Jahan is fine and asks her to fill out the form in reception.

Jahan gains consciousness. He couldn’t talk properly. He feels anxious and calls Nurse. The Doctor goes to him and asks him to not feel anxious. Jahan says he is unable to speak. The doctor tells him he needs to take one month’s rest to get cured.

Mahi asks Jordan how his accident happened. Jordan thinks Jahan is responsible for his accident. Jordan says it’s just brake failure. Mahi asks him to be careful. Ilahi fills out the form. The doctor asks the Nurse to call Jahan’s family. She calls his family number. The doctor says Jahan’s condition to Jahan’s uncle. He gives the phone to Jahan. His uncle mocks Jahan. Jahan asks him about his parents. His uncle says they are not staying here and maybe they are staying at Gurudwara. Jahan cries badly. The Doctor advises him to not hurt himself more. Jahan thinks he is the worst son.

Ilahi says I will tell Jahan how I feel about him, I love him. Jahan thinks I came here to fulfill my dreams and not fall in love, what have I done, I don’t want love, but my voice back. Ilahi thinks about how Jahan will respond to her love confession. Jahan calls his parents. Ilahi tries to enter Jahan’s ward but the nurse stops her. Jahan acts like sleeping seeing Ilahi. Ilahi requests the nurse to allow her 2 minutes until she gives Prasad to him. The nurse agrees. Jahan decides to stay away from Ilahi. Ilahi comes there and calls Jahan.
