The episode starts with Ridhesh asking the Kulshreshths if Gungun can become their family’s permanent member. He further says that if they accept her proposal, it will be her birthday’s best gift. Bade papa says that Gungun isn’t stranger for them, but Gungun and Anubhav keep fighting every time they meet. Sargam says that Anubhav’s behaviore with Gungun is new for them. Goli agrees with Sargam and adds that Anubhav behaves rudely with Gungun and always scolds her. Garima says that Anubhav and Gungun’s opposite nature will help them to complete each other. Ridhesh agrees with Garima. Ridhesh is confident that Anubhav can change Gungun. Golu asks if Gungun can mingle with their family to which Garima says that she canas she loves them lot.
Kulshreshths worry that Gungun will have difficulty to adapt the values of joint family as she’s brought up in a nuclear family. Ridhesh says that he won’t take wrong, if they refuse this proposal. Bade papa says that he is just alerting about the difficulties this alliance may have. He adds that he accepts this proposal. Goli intervenes saying that they have to ask Anubhav’s opinion on this. She assures Ridhesh that Anubhav doesn’t refuse Bade papa’s decision. Ridhesh asks them to take their time to talk to Anubhav. Sunanda promises to Ridhesh that their whole family will talk to Anubhav and will try to convince him to this alliance.
Other side, Anubhav, Golu, Needi Yug, Kushi, Ankit and Chavi praise Ridhesh’s family including Gungun. Anubhav doesn’t agree that Gungun is nice. They all tease Anubhav with Gungun. However Kushi supports Anubhav and says that Anubhav is calm while Gungun is opposite to Anubhav and she doesn’t think that they have any match. Needi supports Gungun saying that in any one should be moody to keep the sweetness in the relationship. Anubhav asks why they’re talking about this. Golu says that they have to discuss after Anubhav’s singing well. They ask why he was ignoring Gungun while singing the song if he’s not affected by her. Anubhav says that he got affected with his family forcing him to sing like a kid. Chavi says that Ridhesh asked him, not his family. Just then Gungun comes there shouting at mom, Maya over phone. Anubhav and everyone think that Gungun is shouting at her dad’s some colleague. Anubhav decides to leave asking his family listen to her nonsense.
However Anubhav stops when he hears Gungun saying that she doesn’t know her mom when she left her 12 years before. Gungun expresses her pain of not having her mother with her during her childhood and what all missed in her childhood. She asks her to never call her again and breaks her phone. Gungun breaks down in tears. Anubhav and his family get moved hearing Gungun’s emotional talk. Needhi asks other family members to go inside. Only Anubhav, Golu, Needi and Yug are there. Anubhav suggests calling her dad and Aunt. Needi refuses saying that they will get hurt too. Needi goes to Gungun to pacify her. Golu says to Anubhav that Gungun isn’t spoiled brat, but she’s broken from inside. Golu and Yug go to Gungun while Anubhav decides to stay there. Needi, Golu and Yug comfort Gungun. Gungun shares her pain that her mom gave her. Needi advises her to let go off her past pain. Needi asks for handkerchief. Anubhav gives his handkerchief to Golu, who gives it to Needi.
Later at Kulshreshths, the elders try to convince Anubhav to get married. They say that Kushi got married and now they need a daughter in law. Golu, Yug and Needi wonder if they got any marriage proposal. Goli asks Anubhav if he likes any girl. Anubhav looks on.

Precap: Bade papa reveals to Anubhav that they fixed his alliance with Gungun. Anubhav gets shocked and refuses to marry Gungun.
