The episode starts with Akriti saying to Gungun that she spoiled her first day at her in-laws by bringing all here. She says that Ridhesh will go back home after his recovery, but this day will never come back again in her life. Gungun says that any rituals isn’t important than a person’s life. She says that Akriti lost the rights to call her dad uncle. She adds that she hasn’t called her in-laws, husband and her mother, they have come by themselves.
Akriti asks Anubhav if he is coming to which he says that he won’t come until Ridhesh recovers. Akriti angrily leaves. Golu and his gang also take leave. Gungun convinces Garima to go home saying she doesn’t want any problem between Garima and Akriti because of her.
Gungun looks at Anubhav. The latter says that he isn’t going. Gungun says that she will go to bring flower from the temple that Garima told. Anubhav says that the temple is out of the city and this is not the right time to travel alone. So he decides to accompany her as Gungun is his responsibility. Gungun agrees.
Shankar phones Garima and scolds her for leaving without informing her as the guests are asking for her. Garima says that she only cares about her brother, who supported her always. Shankar says that Ridhesh used Garima. The latter says that Shankar and Akriti used her, not Ridhesh. Akriti only cared about her marriage, so she accepted her as her mother all of a sudden. Shankar warns to not say a word against his daughter. Garima says that Akriti is also her daughter whom he took on his side. She further says that she hasn’t forget his betrayal, his affair with his sister in law.
Akriti and Golu and his gang come back home. The guests start taunting about Anubhav staying back in the hospital on his wedding day. Charu and Sunanda defend Anubhav saying that he doesn’t think about anything when it comes about responsibility. A lady asks for whom he has gone to the hospital. Golu says that for Gungun’s father. The lady start advising Akriti to keep her husband under her control and complaints to Charu about Akriti for leaving her husband with another woman. Akriti runs upstairs crying.
Anubhav and Gungun are in the temple. They complete the puja and Gungun gets the holy flowers. Gungun prays for Ridhesh recovery. Anubhav advises to Gungun to be strong and fight back. Anubhav asks Gungun if she had food to which Gungun says that she won’t have until Ridhesh gets well. Anubhav strictly says that she has to have food on their way.
The morning Sunanda and Charu are consoling Akriti. They tell her to open her gift. Akriti refuses and says without Anubhav the ritual is incompleted. She cries. Charu says to Golu to call Anubhav and says that he called him home. Anubhav and Gungun come back to the hospital. Gungun says to Anubhav to go home now. He asks if she can manage alone. Gungun says that Shyaam uncle is there with her. She says that he should worry about Akriti than her. Anubhav agrees to leave, but he says her to promise to call him if she needs anything. Gungun promises and goes inside the hospital. Anubhav receives Golu’s call. Golu says to Anubhav that Chara asked him to come immediately.
Gungun says to doctor Shyaam that she has gone to bring flower for dad from the temple. She asks if Ridhesh gained consciousness. Doctors and the nurses look down sadly shocking Gungun. The latter goes inside the ward. She cries hard on seeing Ridhesh dead body. She shouts that how he can leave her alone. She says that she doesn’t want to live and hits her head on the door. The nurses stop her.

Precap: Charu scolds Anubhav for staying back in the hospital leaving the wedding rituals. Anubhav argues and says that he did and will do what he feels right shocking the family.
