The episode starts with Katha showing Prerna that UV is here. Prerna gets happy seeing him. While UV and cousins put up an act in front of Katha. Prerna praises UV’s act. Katha scolds her, and then she keeps a close eye on UV, but UV and his friends become more cautious to not get caught. Katha becomes confused. UV puts up an act of scolding Sandy for recording the video. While Katha refuses to believe UV’s gesture and goes inside. UV gets upset.
Katha gives clothes to the priest and asks him to provide them to the needy people. The priest asks her to give it by herself, but Katha refuses while UV’s words offend his cousins, so they argue with him. He convinces them to make Katha believe in their act. They agree. Both Pari and Ash go inside and put up an act in front of Katha. Prerna asks Katha to believe UV is a good person. Outside UV’s cousins tell UV that Katha fell for their act. They all happily say their mission is accomplished. Meanwhile, both Mohan and Vandana have a conversation about Naina. Naina hears this and gets upset.
Katha returns home followed by Prerna, who persuades her to trust UV’s gesture, but the former remains stubborn in her opinion and not to change. So Vandana questions her, Katha vents out her frustration with her family about UV’s fake act. She also states that all men are cheaters, so Vandana asks if she thinks Mohan is also a bad person. Katha gets offended, so she hugs her Mohan and says he is the best. Mohan questions Katha for getting upset over UV’s behaviour. Prerna says Katha is angry at UV, so she failed to do dhaan to needy people how she used to do all years. She then inquires Naina about her well-being. Naina says every girl should pretend that she is a fine no matter what she goes through, then she goes inside to make a tea for everyone, followed by Prerna. Katha scolds both Vandana and Mohan for upsetting Naina, who is already going through a lot.
At Jindal’s house, UV and his cousins celebrate their victory of making Katha believe UV is a good person. UV tells his cousin’s that they should make Katha believe him fully so that his mission will be accomplished. Tammy requests UV to leave this mission, but the latter refuses. He also convinces both Tammy and Pratty to help him enter Katha’s house as Sadhu.
Later, UV pleads with KC to find his mother at any cost. He gets emotional recalling his mother. His cousin lifts up his mood. They all then leave for Katha’s house. UV gives instructions to his cousins about convincing Katha with their act. Finally, they all enter Katha’s house, disguising themselves as Sadhu. Katha happily greets them. Her family members join her. Katha decides to wash UV’s feet with cow dung, but the latter firmly refuses and enters Katha’s house with his convincing skills. Katha looks on thoughtfully.
Precap: Naina tells Katha that the latter misunderstood UV after seeing UV’s gesture for a patient in the hospital. Katha dreams about UV. She goes to apologize and thank UV, but she learns UV’s truth, so she slaps him and comments on UV’s mother. UV gets furious, so he shouts at her to shut up.
