The episode starts with Mrs. Sharma firmly tells Katha that she is cancelling her paper and that she can give her exam in the next semester. Katha sees UV’s cafés pamphlet, so she thinks UV is behind all this. She shares her agony of not being able to give her exam so she gets determined not to forgive UV for shattering her dreams that too on her wedding day.
At Jindal’s house, Eshwar is instructing the workers related to the wedding arrangements. Just then, Mohan arrives there with his family members. Eshwar warmly welcome them. He asks Katha’s whereabout to which Mohan says Katha went to college to give exam. Eshwar worries because UV is also in college to reopen his café. He prays to God. He then informs Mohan and his family about Kailash and Chandrika’s arrival. He asks them to let Katha take the elders’ blessings after she return from the exam. Mohan agrees. He then thanks Eshwar for the wedding arrangements, but Eshwar expresses his gratitude to Mohan for agreeing to this alliance. He assigns a worker to take Mohan and family members to settle in their room and then leave. He also hopes no one sees Mohan and the family members.
Naina receives Prerna’s call, who informs her about the cancellation of Katha’s exam paper. Naina gets shocked, so she decides to bring Katha home, assuring her parents not to worry and then leaves. Both Mohan and Vandana get worries. Back at the college, Prerna comforts a crying Katha. Katha expresses her agony with Prerna. She also holds UV responsible for everything that has happened. Naina arrives there. She assures Katha not to worry, saying the latter will get good marks in the next attempt. She also reminds Katha that whatever happening in their life is God’s will. She then asks Katha to return home, reminding her about her marriage and then leaves.
Katha breaks down, but she decides to focus on her marriage and not to fail in it because it’s Eshwar and Mohan’s decision who cares for her. She gets upset wondering whether she can able to study after her marriage. UV and his group arrive there. UV gives instructions to his group about his plan for the cafés menu. He then notices Katha, who is seen wiping her tears. He taunts Katha and then leaves from there. Katha gets upset with UV.
Later, UV reaches home. He criticises Shlok’s attire, who urges him to get ready before Chandrika sees him. UV argues with Shlok. Chandrika arrives there and questions UV’s nonchalant behaviour towards his marriage. She calls Rukmini and questions her about her grandchildren’s behaviour. Rukmini expresses her relief that UV returned home. She insists on changing his clothes. Further, she stops UV from saying any inauspicious thing on his wedding day. Shlok and others take UV to his room.
Shlok asks UV to wear his wedding suit, but UV refuses and says this marriage holds no importance in his life. Shlok says UV is a kind, sensible, and compassionate person, so he advises UV. UV tells Shlok that he has agreed to the marriage for his cafés sake. He also commands on his bride, who has agreed to marry him without meeting him once. He then gives into Shlok’s request and gets ready as a groom with the help of Shlok and his cousins. Meanwhile, Katha is seen getting ready as a bride. The episode ends with Katha being upset with UV, thinking he is the reason behind her exam paper getting cancelled.
