The episode starts with Katha telling UV that both of their hearts beat in the same way. Nowadays, she feels his heartbeat is connected to her. She then asks UV to wake up, saying she doesn’t like seeing him like this. She also says that everyone is waiting for him, especially his mother, who is here to meet him. She tells him that his mother gives blood to him and is waiting for him outside. UV recalls Gayatri’s interview and says Maa. Katha gets happy, and she calls the doctor. The doctor checks him up. Katha informs Jindal’s that UV is regaining his consciousness. Everyone gets happy. The doctor arrives there and tells the family members Katha is right that UV is slowly regaining his consciousness. Harshvardan thanks the doctor, but the latter asks him to thank Katha, saying if Katha didn’t bring UV’s mother here, then it’s not impossible to save UV. He also says both Katha and UV love each other and then leave.
Harshvardan asks Katha when and where he met Sheetal for the first time. Katha tells him that she met Sheetal before Janmashtami, but at that time, she isn’t aware that Sheetal is UV’s mother. Sheetal arrives there and says that she will tell them everything. She says that Katha tells her everything. She gets to know about UV’s accident through Katha only. She then says that she doesn’t have time in her busy schedule. Katha gets shocked. UV arrives there, and he lashes out at Gayatri for visiting him in the hospital and giving blood to him. Gayatri pretends to be unbothered by his behaviour and tells UV and the family that she wants to achieve her goals, so she left him and Harshvardan. UV badly criticises Sheetal.
Katha intervenes and tells UV that Sheetal has lost her memory twenty years back in an accident. But Sheetal pretends and asks Katha why she is lying. She further tells everyone that Katha knows that she is UV’s mother from day one. Also, she is aware of the business proposal for UV from her side. Katha gets shocked and looks at UV and denies Sheetal’s allegations. Sheetal then asks UV why he hasn’t signed the deal papers yet. UV gets furious.
Sheetal recalls Arjun demanding her to falsely accuse Katha and prove her wrong or else he will kill UV. So Sheetal continues her lies, saying Katha told her that she will convince UV to accept her business proposal because Katha herself knows accepting this deal will help her sell her herbal tea. Harshvardan shouts at Katha for betraying UV and the family. UV demands Gayatri to leave. Gayatri hides her emotions and leaves. UV tells Katha that she is also like his mother. The doctor rushes to UV and takes him inside after scolding the family.
Harshvardan and Pratty rebukes Katha. Naina takes her aside and asks her about Sheetal’s change in behaviour. Katha feels Arjun is behind this all. She wonders why Arjun hates the Jindal. Just then, she hears Sheetal and Harshvardan’s conversation. She also asks Sheetal about Arjun’s hate for their family. Sheetal tells her that she and Arjun loved each other, but Eshwar married her of someone else. Katha gets shocked. Later, Katha goes to UV’s room and pleads with him to trust her that she isn’t aware of the business deal. UV asks her to leave. He then asks Pratty not to file any case against anyone because he is the one who asked those men to beat him up. Katha gets shocked.
Precap: Katha and UV get into an argument over Sheetal’s cooking book. Later, Naina informs Katha about UV’s plan to settle in Singapore. Katha gets shocked.
