The episode starts with the reporters questioning UV if Katha is his wife? UV says no and tells them that Katha is his distant relative. He then distract them by talking about Janmashtami. Katha gets hurt, so she leaves the place. Tammy follows her, and she starts taunting Katha using UV’s words. Katha tells her whether UV accepts her or not, but the truth is that she is his wife. UV arrives there, and he starts accusing Katha for trying to show the world that she is a perfect wife, but she is no one to him. Katha tells him that she came to give him his handkerchief, but UV refuses to believe her. He insults her with his criticism. Katha agrees with him that relationship are made by heart, and they both have any such connection. She then gives him his mother’s handkerchief, saying she found it on the floor. UV gets shocked and emotional. He takes the handkerchief and then leaves. Both UV and his mother fail to see each other.
UV goes to the living room where he gets questioned by Pari, who tells him the children are waiting for him. So he starts distributing the sweets to the children. The media and Sandy start covering the event. Meanwhile, Katha goes to UV’s mother, who asks her whether she is facing trouble because she has invited her. Katha refuses and tells her she and Maharaj Ji’s fights are never ending, and it has nothing to do with her. She also tastes the sweet prepared by her and starts praising her. She tells her that Maharaj Ji has to learn cooking from her. She further promises Gayatri to meet her with UV soon. Gayatri happily agrees.
Outside, UV and his family members get shocked seeing the children are falling sick. Tejas, who is hiding himself, gets happy seeing that his plan is working in his favour. UV and the family grow concerned and cluelessly rush to them. The children’s parents get worried about their children’s well-being. They demand an answer from UV, who pleads with him to trust him that he didn’t add any ingredient because of which children may fall sick. But the guests start commanding on UV. Harshvardan requests the guests not to blame UV. Shlok requests the media to stop the coverage. He also promises the guests to give their children the best treatment. Eshwar also takes a firm stand for UV against the guests’ allegations, making both of them emotional. But Ambika deliberately provokes the guests against UV.
Katha hears a noise, so she rushes outside, and she gets shocked to see the children’s condition. She rushes to them. She feels something fishy, so she takes the sweet and goes inside with Naina, where she confirms someone has mixed something inside the sweet. While, one of the guest vows to ruin UV’s reputation, and the other guest confirms he has filed a complaint against UV. In the kitchen, Katha finds the bottle, which has some powder that is used in the sweet, and she gets shocked.
Precap: Katha makes the children have the herbal drink while UV gets furious with one of the guests who makes commands on UV’s mother. Before the inspector take UV to the police station, Katha intervenes and asks them to wait. UV stares at Katha.
