The episode starts with Katha saying to Mr.Agarwal that she wants to help Tammy or else she will regret it. Mr.Agarwal agrees to make her home remedy and then leaves. Katha says to herself that she will teach a lesson to Tammy. She also commands Tammy, who is worrying her grandfather. Afterwards, Katha brings a neem juice and asks UV to let her give the juice to Tammy. UV refuses and argues with her. But Mr.Agarwal insists UV to allow Katha to give the juice to Tammy as he believes in Katha. UV’s cousin’s also asks UV to allow Katha to give the home remedy to Tammy. UV glares at Katha. Katha forcibly feeds the neem juice to Tammy. Tammy coughs and starts criticising Katha. She also questions her grandfather. Sandy and UV question Tammy for knowing the information about Mr.Agarwal’s decision. Tammy gives them lame excuses. Both Katha and Tammy glare at each other.
Ambika learns through Omi about Tammy and Katha’s act. Ambika gets upset with her children, but she decides to teach Tammy everything to throw Katha out of UV’s family. Meanwhile, Mr.Agarwal apologized to Katha and UV for disturbing them on their special day. UV commands on it, then leaves. Katha hears the conversation between Pari and Ash about Tammy’s feelings for UV. Katha gets hurt and upset, but she says to herself that she shouldn’t have any hope in this relationship.
The next day, Katha had an emotional conversation with her mother’s photo. Both Vandana and Naina arrive there. Katha asks Vandana’s permission to take her mother’s photo with her. Vandana approves. Naina says to Katha that she will bring her mother’s photo. Katha gives the home remedies to Vandana for her family members. She asks Naina to take care of all three of them. Naina obliges. Katha asks Vandana about Mohan’s whereabouts. Vandana tells her that Mohan isn’t strong enough to be part of her vidaai ceremony. While Mohan wipes away his tears. He then asks Prerna to serve juice to the guests. Prerna obliges then leaves. UV complains to Shlok, but the latter asks him to wait for a few more minutes. He then requests Mohan to perform the vidaai ceremony soon. Mohan obliges. He asks Prerna to bring Katha outside. So Prerna goes inside, and she gets emotional along with Vandana and Naina, so they all hug Katha. Katha tells them they all are in each other’s heart, so there is no need to get sad.
Outside, Babu Ram Kaka arrives to meet Katha. Katha comes out and assures him to help him whenever his cow falls sick. She also gives him a plant. She then asks her family members to take care of her plants, and then she hugs the plants. UV and his cousins make faces. Pari criticises Katha’s act. One of the ladies instructs Vandana to perform the vidaai with Katha. Katha tells Mohan and Vandana that they have done so much for her.
Later, UV and Katha take the blessings of Mohan and Vandana. Vandana joins UV and Katha’s hand, and she asks UV to take care of Katha. Katha gets shocked when UV removes his hands from her. She hugs Mohan. Mohan also requests UV to take care of their Katha. UV gets uncomfortable. Katha performs the vidaai ceremony. UV criticises, but Charu tells him it’s not easy for a girl to leave her family after marriage. Pari and Ash ask their brothers to tell their parents that they don’t want to get married. All four of them get emotional. UV sees and questions them. Pratty gives him a lame excuse. Afterwards, Mohan and the family members send off Katha and UV in a car. Katha badly cries.
Precap: Under Chandrika’s instructions, Katha performs the girahpravesh ritual. Katha gets hurt, so Chandrika rebukes her family. She also commands Katha, making the latter upset.
