The episode starts with Katha telling UV wants to throw her out, so he is finding a reason. The latter asks her to shut up, but Katha says that she won’t listen to her. She then tells UV that the moment she has learned about Pari’s job and her connection with Tejas. She pleaded with Pari to disclose this information to the family members. The entire family members look at Pari, who remains silent. Katha tells UV that her efforts to inform him about Pari’s relationship with Tejas. UV refuses to believe her and mocks her.
Katha gets furious, so she blames UV for the reason behind Pari’s false allegations against her. UV gets furious, so he shouts at her. He badly criticises Katha, so the latter confronts him about his help for her through his friend Jay Tanwar. She further accuses him that his intention is to insult her. UV tells her that he wants to help her because Eshwar won’t let her work. But Katha doesn’t deserve his help. He also says that Katha is a selfish person who can do anything. Also, she can go to any extent to fulfil her dreams along with protecting her sister. Katha gets hurt. She says to him that she had enough of his insults. So she tells him that she will pay everything back to him in a second and reminds him about his deal to make her leave the house. She then walks out with Naina shocking UV and his entire family. Both Ambika and Tammy look extremely happy.
Chandrika mocks Eshwar for making the wrong decision for the second time. She blames Katha for putting Pari’s life at stake to save her sister Naina from her husband Tejas. Ambika also joins Chandrika and manipulates Eshwar not to believe Katha. Chandrika suggests to Eshwar to arrange Pari’s wedding with someone. Pari cries and tells everyone that she doesn’t want to get married, then she goes inside. Everyone leaves one by one except Shlok, Charu, and Rukmini. Shlok tells Rukmini that he believes Katha. Charu also tells the same. They both ask Rukmini whether she believes Katha or not. Rukmini tells them that she knows both Katha and UV will reunite for sure.
In UV’s room, UV breaks the things and recalls the moments he has spent with Katha. While Katha also recalls the moments she spent with UV. Both of them face Shlok and Naina’s question for their feelings. Both Katha and UV refuse to accept their feelings for each other. Meanwhile, Pari gets frustrated with Chandrika’s decision. She calls Tejas and asks the latter about his whereabouts. Tejas tells her his location. Pari tells him everything that happened in her house between Katha and UV. She also tells him that Katha walked out of the house. Tejas gets happy and disconnects the call. Pari gets confused, but she decides to take Tejas’s help to reach the walk-in interview in Delhi.
Here, Naina receives Tejas’s call. She grows anxious and refuses to answer his calls. But Katha answers the call and warns Tejas not to call Naina. But Tejas mocks her and tells her that he knows Katha has walked out of the Jindal house with Naina, so he is going to take Naina with him. Both Katha and Naina get shocked.
Precap: Katha saves Pari from Tejas, but she gets hit by a truck. UV receives a call from someone who informs him about Katha’s accident. UV and his cousins go to the accident spot. UV searches for Katha everywhere.
