The episode starts with Sheetal telling Katha that Arjun will kill UV, but Katha calms her down. She then asks UV to trust Sheetal, but the latter refuses to believe her, saying it may be another plan of Arjun. Just then, Pratty brings Supriya, who reveals to UV and everyone about Arjun, who doesn’t want Sheetal to get back her memories, so he hired her to keep Sheetal in a medication. She further says to them that Arjun is totally dependent on Gayatri’s hard work, which helps Arjun to earn money through which he wants to take revenge on the Jindal’s for his insults. Sheetal pleads with Katha to take UV with her somewhere safe so that Arjun won’t harm him. UV calls her Maa. Sheetal gets emotional. UV apologises to Sheetal for his lack of trust in her, though he wanted to reunite with her for years. They both share a hug. Katha gets emotional.
Sheetal gets scared hearing Arjun’s demand to come out of the room, so she decides to leave to protect UV. But UV firmly stops her, saying no one is going anywhere. He then asks her to wait and leaves from there. Arjun continuously calls out Sheetal to come out. UV arrives there, followed by his family members. Arjun asks UV where his mother is? Eshwar gets shocked learning that Sheetal is in the house. Arjun demands UV to bring Sheetal out. Eshwar asks, “Where is Sheetal?” Katha brings Sheetal in front of everyone. Everyone gets shocked.
Arjun demands Sheetal to go with him, but the latter refuses to move, which shocks him. He gets furious and says to UV that whatever he learned is true, and he reminds Sheetal that he is the one who has taken care of her all these years, then why is she doing all this. He then forcibly tries to take Sheetal with him, but UV stops Arjun. They both get into an argument. UV punches Arjun continuously for using Sheetal’s memory loss in his favour, also making them believe Sheetal isn’t a good person. Arjun gets furious, so he warns UV. Just then, Ambika arrives there. UV confronts her for being involved with Arjun’s conspiracy. Ambika puts up an act of being innocent.. Arjun shouts at them to continue their family drama later and demands Sheetal to go with him.
Arjun confesses all his wrongdoings to take revenge on the Jindal’s. Sheetal gets angry at Arjun and says if she had known that her passion was the path to destruction of her family, she would’ve cut off her hands. She also refuses to go with Arjun. Shikha slaps Arjun, and she regrets loving him once. She then demands Arjun to leave. Suddenly, Arjun points a gun at UV and reminds Sheetal about his earlier threat. Everyone gets shocked. Katha bravely tries to snatch the gun from Arjun. Other family members join and take the gun away from UV. Pratty vows to give punishment to Arjun for his deeds, then leaves. Both Katha and UV expresses their fear of losing one another, and then they both hug Sheetal.
Later, Ambika apologises to Eshwar, but Vinith throws her out of the house. Then UV decides to leave the house because Eshwar doesn’t like Sheetal. Rukmini and Katha plead with Eshwar not to punish Sheetal, who is innocent. Eshwar raises his hands as a sign of stop. Everyone gets sad.
Precap: UV confesses his love to Katha, and he proposes to her for marriage. Katha agrees to marry him. They both then share some romantic time together.
