The episode starts with Katha telling UV that because of her, he gets released, but it doesn’t mean he can reopen his café. She commands on his café. UV gets furious, so he warns Katha to shut up. The latter firmly says to him that she only has a problem with his café because it’s inside the college venue so she won’t let him open the café at any cost. UV taunts his cousins, taking Katha’s help. He then tries to argue with her, but the inspector warns him. UV’s cousin’s and friends apologize to the inspector, and then they urge UV to go with them. Katha commands on UV’s attitude. UV challenges her not to spare her, and then he leaves. Katha gets shocked.
Later, UV reaches home with his cousins. Eshwar stops him from entering the house, so Rukhmani questions him. One of the servants brings an aarti plate and gives it to Eshwar. Eshwar takes UV’s aarti and commands on his mother. UV gets angry. Rukhmani rebukes Eshwar. UV reminds Eshwar about his promise to bring his mother home and then goes inside. Rukhmani asks her grandchildren about UV. They all tell her about UV’s suffering in the prison. They also tell his family that UV can’t able to open his café. Rukhmani breaks down. Eshwar hides his emotions and tells his family UV’s behaviour is landing him in trouble.
Here, Mohan gets worried, wondering why Katha hasn’t returned home yet. Just then, Katha arrives there. She lies to Mohan. The latter senses her lies, so he demands her to tell the truth. Katha says to herself that she never lied, but for Mohan’s well-being, she will pretend, then she convinces Mohan to trust her, then goes inside.
Mangla arrives at Mohan’s house with few people. She starts insulting them after whatever happened to Katha in the college. Both Mohan and Vandana get confused by Mangla’s information. Mangla calls out Katha. She insults Katha, reminding her about the humiliation she has faced in the college. Katha remains silent. So Naina takes a firm stand for Katha by questioning Mangla for never visiting their house when she tops in every academic year. Mangla asks her to shut up and says both Katha and Naina are the same. She tells Mohan and Vandana that because of the girls, they will definitely go through humiliation again. Vandana warns Mangla, but the latter taunts then leaves.
After Mangla leaves, both Mohan and Vandana question Katha. Naina steps in and asks her parents to believe that Katha didn’t do anything wrong. Also, Katha isn’t like her. She also requests her parents not to pressurise Katha to tell them everything that happened in the college because they know Katha shares everything with her diary only.
Back at Jindal’s house, UV’s cousins mess up the kitchen while trying to bake a cake for UV. Rukhmani joins them, but Ambika gives excuses and leaves. While UV requests Mr.Agarwal to arrange a meeting with the college board members. He then misses his mom. Just then, his detective calls him and says that he finds out that his mother Sheetal is living in an old age home. UV decides to go there right away, but his detective asks him to wait till tomorrow. UV agrees. He then gets emotional thinking about the possible reunion with his mother.
Precap: Rukhmani tells Eshwar they should find a girl for UV, but Eshwar tells her no one will give their daughter to UV. At the temple, both Eshwar and Rukhmani get impressed with Katha. Later, UV firmly tells Eshwar that he will marry the person whom his mother chooses for him.
