The episode starts with Naina growing anxious hearing Tejas’s threat. Katha assures her that anything such won’t happen. She also decides to let Naina stay at her friends house and take her with her. While Shlok advises UV to take rest but the latter refuses, saying that he has immense headache. Tammy brings a tea for UV, but he gets furious at her, so Tammy gets angry. She then comforts him. Just then, they hear a ringing sound of the phone. Tammy finds Katha’s phone, so she tells UV that Katha left her phone to re-enter the house. UV answers the call, and on the other side, Gayatri inquires to UV about Katha’s whereabouts. UV tells her that Katha isn’t at home.
Before UV could disconnect the call, Gayatri addresses him as Maharaj Ji. And she tells him about Katha’s efforts behind his café project. Both Tammy and UV get shocked. UV confirms with Gayatri about Katha’s efforts. Gayatri praises Katha and tells UV that he is blessed to have Katha as his wife. After that call, Tammy tries to leave the place, but UV stops her and questions her for taking credit for Katha’s efforts. Tammy tries to manipulate him, but UV expresses his disappointment on Tammy. Shlok tells UV that Katha is a selfless person, and this is the reason why Katha didn’t say anything when Tammy took credit for her efforts.
Here, Tejas orders his men on the call to find both Katha and Naina. Meanwhile, Katha and Naina are seen walking on the road. Tejas’s men find them and attempt to hit them with their vehicle, but they escape. One of them catches Naina, so Katha struggles to save her.
On the other side, Pari comes to meet Tejas. She gets shocked hearing Tejas’s confession of using her to separate both Katha and UV. She gets hurt and recalls Katha’s earlier warning about Tejas. She then fiercely confronts Tejas for fooling her in the name of friendship. She regrets trusting him. She then gets determined to disclose the truth to UV so that UV will bring back Katha to home. Tejas stops her and orders her not to do anything such, but Pari refuses to listen to him and leaves from there.
Here, after so much struggle, Katha attacks Tejas’s men and saves Naina from them. They both then run away. While UV receives a call from Pari who tries to inform him about Tejas’s truth but the call gets disconnected, so UV gets worried. So he takes Pratty with him to find Pari. There, Tejas follows Pari, and he attacks her, so Pari falls to the ground. Tejas sits behind her and smiles. Pari kicks him and tries to escape, but she falls again. A speedy truck approaches which Tejas gets shocked. Katha, who is on the other side, sees Pari’s life at stake, so she rushes to her and saves her. But she gets hit by the truck. Both Naina and Pari scream Katha’s name. The locals rush to the spot. Tejas hide himself.
UV and Pratty reach the accident spot. Pari confesses her lies and tells UV that Katha is innocent. Also now Katha met with an accident while trying to save her from Tejas. UV gets shocked. But he vows to find Katha and goes inside the forest. He repeatedly shouts Katha’s name. Pratty and the locals also join UV to find Katha. The locals talk about the difficulties along with the low chances of finding Katha. UV gets shocked.
Precap: UV finds an injured Katha, so he takes her to the hospital where Katha’s surgery takes place. The doctor tells UV that Katha may fall into a coma. Later, UV gets shocked, not seeing Katha in her hospital bed.
