The episode starts with UV determinedly searches for Katha. He recalls everything that has happened from his accusation towards Katha to Katha’s selfless gesture for him. He then finds a heavily bleeding head injured Katha, so he rushes to her and tells an unconscious Katha that he will save her.
Later, UV brings Katha to the hospital. He urges the doctor to treat Katha. The doctor and the other staff’s take her to the operation theatre where they start treating her. UV gets emotional. Pratty arrives there and tells UV that he has completed all the formalities. Also, his team is searching for Tejas. UV tells him that Katha is his priority. After she recovers, he will not spare Tejas. He vows to kill him. Pratty advises and comforts UV.
Just then, both Charu and Shlok reach the hospital, and they ask UV what happened. They also get worried seeing Pari. UV informs them about Katha’s accident. Both of them get shocked. So they asked him how it happened. Pari cries and tells them because of her Katha met with an accident. Naina asks UV to tell Shlok and Charu the exact reason behind Katha’s accident. Pari interferes and tells them that Tejas used her to reach Naina. Unaware of his true intentions, she created the misunderstanding between Katha and UV with her lies. It’s also part of Tejas’s plan. Both Shlok and Charu get shocked. UV blames himself for Katha’s current state. He tells them that he didn’t give Katha a chance to speak. Also, he regrets not trusting Katha. He recalls Katha’s help for him and tells everyone that he failed to understand Katha always wanted to help his family. Shlok comforts him.
After the surgery, UV asks the doctors about Katha. The doctor says Katha is out of danger, and they have to wait till morning for the senior doctor to know further about Katha’s health. UV gets furious and demands them to call the senior doctor immediately. But they tell him he isn’t answering the calls, so UV and Pratty go to his house, and they bring him to the hospital. The senior doctor threatens to file a case on UV for his misbehaviour, but UV asks him to treat Katha first. Shlok also requests the doctor to understand UV’s intentions are not wrong, so the senior doctor checks Katha and informs UV and others the possibility of Katha falling into coma. They all get shocked. The doctor advises UV and others not to disturb Katha and then leaves.
UV enters the hospital room of Katha. He recalls his mother’s advice, so he asks Pratty to bring Katha’s relatives (plants) to the hospital. He obliges. Later, they all fill Katha’s room with the plants. One of the doctor questions them saying these things aren’t allowed, but Shlok tells him about Katha’s connection with the plants and hope’s Katha recovers soon. Charu tells Shlok that both UV and Katha may deny, but they both have a deep connection.
Later, UV tells an unconscious Katha that he will talk to her positively. He also addresses himself as her Maharaj Ji. He pleads with Katha to recover because her plants and he want to see her back to herself. Outside the room, everyone gets emotional seeing UV’s interaction with Katha. One of the doctors takes UV with him to fill out the form. After UV returns, he gets shocked, not seeing Katha, so he questions the nurse, who also tells him that she doesn’t know. UV gets worried.
Precap: UV tries to stop Katha, who is walking aimlessly, but the senior doctor stops him, saying his act may trigger Katha’s recovery in a negative way. So UV prevents Katha from getting hurt. At some point, Katha falls on UV while trying to walk on the stairs, and she gains her consciousness.
