The episode starts with UV giving the money to Bairo and asks him whether this money is enough to stop his act. He then warns and demands Bairo to leave. The latter happily leaves from there. Vandana requests Bairo to return the money, but UV stops her, saying it’s fine, and then goes inside. Vandana breaks down so both Naina and Katha rush to her. Katha says that UV never accepted her as his wife, yet he is doing all this for her. Vandana shares her agony with Katha about UV’s help to repay their debt, which will make Mohan feel guilty. Mohan calls Vandana, and he learns through Katha that UV paid his debt to Bairo. He gets upset and hurt, so he disconnects the call. Katha and the family members get worried about Mohan. Katha says now she has to do something to return UV’s favor for them at any cost.
Later, Katha enters the room, where she breaks her piggy bank and takes the money from it. She gives the money to UV, saying that she doesn’t want his favor. She also vows to return his money by reminding UV that he didn’t accept her as his wife, so she doesn’t want his favor. She then decides to leave, but UV stops her. They both stare at each other when UV pins her to the wall. UV questions Katha to repeat her statement so Katha says to him that she will return his money. UV gets furious, so he asks Katha how the latter will return his money. He brings Eshwar in between their conversation, accusing Katha. She must take Eshwar’s help because he is the one who hired Katha as his spy. Katha asks UV not to bring Eshwar, saying that she will return him the money with her earnings. She also questions UV for his help, though he didn’t accept her. She further asks UV about their relationship and says that the latter shouldn’t make them feel insulted while helping them. UV gets shocked and hurt by her words, so he explains the reason behind him helping her family. He also questions her stubbornness and blames her for misunderstanding his every actions. He further says that Katha is forcing him to say that she is his wife. He then decides to leave shocking Katha.
Katha gets worried by UV’s decision. She stops UV from leaving the house, saying Mohan may face humiliation again. But UV refuses and questions her about the relationship they share with each other. Katha becomes speechless. UV tells Katha that the latter hurt him many times, reminding her the time she thought his mother was dead. Katha pleads with him to understand that she unintentionally hurt him that day. Just then, Mohan arrives there and asks UV whether he is planning to leave. UV looks at Katha, who signs at him, so UV lies to Mohan and goes inside. Mohan thanks UV for his help, but UV asks him not to thank him, saying up and downs are normal in everyone’s life.
UV hears the conversation between Katha and her family about bringing water from outside, so he asks them not to do all this, saying he will use shower. Mohan informs him that they don’t have a shower, then they leave to bring water to home. UV gets shocked. Katha goes out to bring water. One of the neighbors allows her to fill her bucket first. UV sees this from a distance and he also hears Katha’s conversation with Kesar uncle that the society people get one hour to fill water so she plans to send a request to the government ease everyone’s need of water. UV gets shocked learning Katha and her society people’s suffering. He then saves Katha from falling down. They both share an eye lock.
