The episode starts with UV entering the room of Katha, and he gets shocked, not finding Katha in her bed. So he grows anxious, and he asks the nurse about Katha’s whereabouts. The latter says that she doesn’t know. UV comes out of his room and sees Katha walking in front of him. So he goes behind her and asks her what she is doing instead of taking rest unaware that Katha is sleepwalking. He tries to stop her, but the doctor stops UV and advises him not to stop Katha, who is doing sleepwalking. If he wakes her up, then she may go into the coma as he has previously seen a case similar to Katha. UV gets shocked.
UV goes in front of Katha, and he starts clearing the path so that Katha won’t get hurt while sleepwalking. He also gets hurt in that process. He then gets shocked when Katha moves towards the staircase. He worriedly asks the doctor what they should do to stop Katha. The doctor again cautions UV about the consequences if they forcibly make Katha gain her consciousness. So he stands in the staircase to prevent Katha from falling down. Katha falls on UV. Naina and others get relieved.
Katha gains her consciousness, and she stares at UV. Later, the doctor checks up Katha, and he tells her about UV’s efforts to save her life. The junior doctor also fills in about UV’s determination to save her. Katha gets shocked and confused. Afterwards, Naina comes to Katha and tells her that UV is the one who brought the plants here. She also tells her that Pari confessed the truth to UV after learning Tejas’s true intentions. She further shares with her about UV’s efforts and determination to save her life. Katha becomes silent. The doctor tells UV that the latter loves his wife so much, and it’s clearly evident in his actions and then leaves.
Gayatri calls Katha, so UV informs her about it. He also helps Katha speak with Gayatri. Gayatri expresses her worries with Katha, but the latter assures her that she is fine. They both decide to meet each other the next day. Gayatri asks Katha to bring her Maharaj Ji with her, too. She then drops her phone out of fear when a man arrives there and calls her Maa Ji. He advises her not to go outside also others are waiting for her, so he insists her to go inside. Gayatri obliges and goes inside. The man stares ahead.
Back at the hospital, Katha gets confused over the disconnection of Gayatri’s call, but UV tells her it must be some other reason. He then helps Katha to take medicine. Katha remains confused over UV’s gesture for her. UV apologises to Katha and tells her that he knows the latter won’t accept his apology because she didn’t accept his thank you too. But his intention isn’t to hurt her. He further adds that he is genuinely impressed with her, so he decides to help her secretly. He asks her what is wrong in buying her product at the end of the day, and it’s a business. He also tells her that he doesn’t know how his family members get to know about it. And he can’t able to reverse anything that has happened, but he can apologise to her, and with folded hands, he says I’m sorry Katha. Katha stares at him.
Precap: UV tells Eshwar that Katha, Pari, and Ash have the right to fulfil their dreams, and the latter can’t stop them. Eshwar opposes UV, but UV firmly tells him that he won’t let the former stop the girls. He then shows the readmission form to Eshwar and tells him that Katha will rejoin her college and continue her studies. Katha gets shocked.
