The episode starts with Katha telling everyone that since childhood, she has only one dream, maybe it’s her identity too. And she thinks that she is nothing without her dream. She then pleads with Eshwar not to misunderstand her intentions because she is going against his wish to fulfil her dream. Also, she doesn’t want any misunderstanding between him and UV. She further promises Eshwar not to never disappoint him, but the latter gets furious at Katha, so he tells her that she has broken his trust. He also asks both Katha and Pari not to never speak with him, and he breaks all ties with Katha and then leaves. Rukmini follows him. Ambika gets happy. Katha gets sad, but she gets determined to make Eshwar realise that her decision isn’t the wrong one.
Later, UV goes to Katha, who is busy studying for her exams. He gifts her a pen. Katha gets surprised reading his best of luck note. She asks him to correct his writing mistake, so UV complains, saying if someone is in her place, that person should have thanked him. Katha teases and says thank you. She then gets shocked to see the pen’s price and scolds him for it. But UV tells her that he brought this pen for her to not only write her exams but also her future with it too. He also thanks her for helping him the other day, but Tammy stole the credit. Katha gets surprised. She then shows the logo she created for UV’s café. UV likes it, and thanks, Katha. He then asks her whether she has forgiven him or not. Katha asks him why he wants her to forgive him. UV doesn’t say anything, but he tells her that one day he will get her forgiveness for sure, then leaves.
The next day, after giving her exam, Katha waits for UV in his café. Sandy informs Katha about UV’s two day Delhi plan to meet Suri. Katha gets upset with UV for not informing her. Sandy teases her, then leaves. Gayatri comes there to meet Katha. Katha tells her that she was thinking about her only. Gayatri gets worried seeing Katha’s injuries, but the latter assures her that she is fine. Gayatri then decides to ask Katha about her in-laws’ house, but before that, her caretaker arrives there and forcibly takes her from there, saying Arjun is waiting for her. Katha tries to stop them but fails.
Katha follows Gayatri’s car and gets surprised learning the big house Gayatri is staying at. Meanwhile, inside the house, Gayatri looks scared while standing beside Arjun, who is performing aarti. Arjun slaps Gayatri’s caretaker. Gayatri requests him not to punish her caretakers because they are taking care of her well. Arjun tells her that he has returned, so he will take care of her. Gayatri tells him that she has no one. Also, she lost her memory 20 years back in an accident. Arjun tells her that her son and husband died in that accident. Katha, who hears their conversation, gets confused.
