The episode starts with Gautham saying to Amruta that Virat isn’t at fault but the fault is Jayesh who left Bhavani and says the people will always point it out. Gautham says Virat just showed a reality.
Bhavani pleads with Gautham’s family not to break off this match. Amruta gives Gautham’s engagement ring to him. Gautham and his family leave from there.

Babita asks Bhavani and Amruta to call out Dyaneswari and says she came to see how they are destroyed. Babita says today they are destroyed and in the future she will ruin them.
Dyaneswari gets heart attack. Dyaneswari calls for Amruta. Harsh checks Dyaneswari’s pulse. Harsh says Dyaneswari pulse is weak and they need to admit him in the hospital.
