The episode starts with Babita blaming Amruta to save herself. Babita tells Virat that she released Priyanka and Ishika from jail at Amruta’s request, and she also provides proof of it. Later, Amruta reveals the truth to Virat that Babita is part of Priyanka and Ishika’s plan. Virat asks Amruta for proof. Babita, seeing this, tells Bebe that this is her status in the house, as even Virat doesn’t trust her. Virat tells Babita it’s not like that. Babita then asks Virat why he hasn’t raised his hand against Amruta if he trusts her, and whether he will believe Amruta when she presents false proof against her. Babita criticizes Amruta and tells Kavita to throw her out of the house.
Dildar stops Kavita and says no one will lay a hand on her daughter-in-law. Babita then says that if Amruta stays, she will leave. Bhavani intervenes, saying there’s no need for anyone to leave, and declares that Amruta will leave the house. Bhavani is about to take Amruta away when Dildar tells Virat that it was Babita who brought Priyanka into the house. Dildar says he overheard Babita and Priyanka talking. Bebe, seeing that things are not going in her favor, prompts Kavita to question Dildar. Kavita asks Dildar how he could lie for Amruta. Dildar insists that he is not lying, and Bebe comments on the situation.
Virat tells Amruta that he doesn’t know who is lying and that he just wants to know the truth. Amruta tells Virat that whenever she told him the truth, he never believed her and always asked for proof. Amruta reminds Virat that she never asked him for proof when he said that nothing happened between him and Priyanka; she believed him without question. Amruta and Bhavani then leave.
At home, Bhavani tells Amruta that she knew Amruta would face such pain, which is why she advised her not to go to the Ahuja house, but Amruta didn’t listen. Bhavani asks Amruta to stay away from Virat. Amruta asks Bhavani how she can do that when Virat’s own mother is conspiring against him. Amruta tells Bhavani how Babita tried to marry Virat to Priyanka by intoxicating him. Amruta then leaves.
Dildar asks Virat why he let Amruta leave. Virat says he doesn’t understand what’s happening, as Amruta is accusing Babita. Dildar urges Virat to bring Amruta back. Babita joins them and comments on how Amruta is causing a rift between father and son, who used to be like friends. Dildar leaves, feeling it’s pointless to talk to Virat.
Babita talks to Virat and asks why he demanded proof from Amruta.
