The episode starts with Harsh asking Amruta why did she take Virat’s name when they are talking about their family. Amruta asks Harsh to concentrate on his studies and comments on it.
Gautham comes and meets Amruta. Amruta asks Gautham to sit down. Gautham asks Amruta why did she wanted to meet him like this. Amruta says to Gautham that she would like to tell him something about herself. Amruta reminds Gautham of their family situation and says to Gautham that she will take care of her mother and brother even after our marriage as they are her responsibility. Gautham says he has to talk to mother about it. Gautham later says to Amruta that he will talk to Mom and says he doesn’t want her to leave her job when she has a big client like Virat Ahuja. Amruta thinks she needs to tell Virat that she is leaving the job. Amruta says she is having trouble compromising for the job. Gautham says to Amruta that her family is also his family and he will take their responsibility. Amruta thanks Gautham and says she will fulfill their marriage really well. Amruta gets ready. Bhavani and Dyaneswari get emotional seeing this. Amruta teases them.

Virat says he couldn’t understand Amruta’s handwriting and shows to Bebe. Bebe also couldn’t understand Amruta’s handwriting and thinks this is Amruta’s conspiracy to stop them from celebrating Lohri as they will be busy understanding her handwriting. Virat checks in the internet what do they need for Makar Sankranti. Virat seeing the list in the internet believes Bebe’s words and decides to teach a lesson to Amruta.
Jayesh introduces Gautham and his mother to Dyaneswari. Dyaneswari says to Gautham’s family’s that this marriage will only happen if she says yes to the marriage. Dyaneswari says she will ask a few questions and asks Gautham to answer them. Gautham agrees.
Dyaneswari makes Bhavani question Gautham and gives her the questions that she has to ask Gautham. Bhavani asks Gautham that if Amruta gets transferred to London and Germany will Gautham go with her. Gautham’s mother says her son will not leave her. Dyaneswari says he has to leave. Jayesh takes the paper and asks Gautham about his salary. Gautham’s mother gets upset with the questions and indirectly hints at Jayesh about his affair. Amruta calms them down.
