The episode starts with Virat waking up. Amruta tries to put a wet towel on Virat’s wound, but he doesn’t allow it. Amruta shows Virat the wound on his face. Virat asks Amruta if she did this. Amruta says she did, and asks Virat if he is impressed. Virat tells Amruta that she is jealous of him and makes a comment about it. He says he will complain to his mother and that she would do anything for him. Virat recalls what Babita has done to him and goes silent.
Amruta tells Virat that he can share his pain with her. Virat asks Amruta why she cares so much for him. Amruta tells Virat that he has done her a lot of favors. Virat asks Amruta what she means. Amruta reminds him that when Jayesh left them, she was really sad, but after that, whenever Virat came in front of her, they always fought. In those fights, she momentarily forgot about Jayesh’s betrayal. Virat tells Amruta that he really ruined her life. He says he believed Babita’s words and blamed her for everything. He admits he wronged her.
Virat confesses to Amruta that when she told him about Babita, he never believed her, even for a moment. He acknowledges that it was his fault for not trusting her and apologizes.
Later, Virat asks Amruta why Babita did this to him and if she thinks he wasn’t a good son. He says he deserves this. He reflects, saying he always wondered about the difference between “I” and “U,” and now there is another betrayal between them. Amruta tells Virat that he can’t always bring up “I” and “U,” especially when he is intoxicated. Amruta then says she has to leave because Dildar is missing her. Virat says Dildar is his father, so he would miss him more, and he offers to go instead. Amruta insists that Dildar misses her more. Virat makes a comment, and they share a romantic moment. Harsh interrupts them and informs Amruta that Bhavani is calling for her. Amruta leaves.
Bebe scolds Babita for hiding so much from her. Babita asks Bebe what else she could have done, and whether she should have accepted Amruta as her daughter-in-law. Bebe says that in her attempt to target Amruta, Babita forgot about her own son, Virat. Kavita agrees with Bebe. Bebe tells Babita that, no matter what, she must make Virat favor her again, not Amruta.
