The episode starts with Virat asking Amruta if she has eaten anything. Amruta says no. Virat suggests they eat together and asks if they can share. Amruta agrees. Dildar comes to Virat and says foam is coming out of Babita’s mouth, adding that she took sleeping pills. Virat immediately leaves.
Priyanka and Ishika celebrate as Virat has withdrawn the case against them. Ishika tells Priyanka that her problem is solved, but asks what Priyanka is planning next. Ishika mentions that Babita hasn’t approached Priyanka yet. Priyanka says they need to do something big this time to get Amruta out of their lives, ensuring that all the blame falls on Babita.
Ishika checks the WhatsApp group and finds out that Babita has attempted suicide by taking sleeping pills. She tells Priyanka about it.
The doctor informs Virat that they managed to remove the sleeping pills from Babita’s system, and she keeps calling his name. Virat goes to Babita and asks her why she did this. Babita tells Virat she did it because he wasn’t talking to her, and asks why she should live. Nimrit asks Babita if she and Dildar mean nothing to her. Babita responds that if they cared, they would have made Virat talk to her. Virat asks Babita what she would have done if he had talked to her. Babita asks Virat what he means by that.
In a flashback, Virat asks the doctor how long ago Babita might have taken the pills. The doctor estimates around two hours. Virat calls Shekhar and asks him to find out who gave Babita the sleeping pills. Shekhar informs Virat that after checking the building’s CCTV footage, he found that Kavita bought the sleeping pills, and he identified the chemist’s name from the footage. Virat tells Shekhar to bring the chemist.
Virat tells Babita he wants her to meet someone. He brings the chemist to Babita and explains that this is the chemist from whom Kavita bought the sleeping pills. Kavita learned from the chemist that if she took 5 to 6 pills, nothing serious would happen, and that’s exactly how many she took. Virat shows Babita the bottle found in her room. He then dismisses the chemist and asks Babita if she thinks doing this will make him forgive her. He reminds Babita how much emotional pain they suffered when she pretended to fall in front of a truck. Virat asks why she’s doing all of this. Babita replies that Amruta is creating a wall between them. Virat says he’s had enough and tells Babita she’s exhausted. Virat tells Nimrit they should leave. Virat walks away. Amruta tells Babita that she’s not the one creating a wall between her and Virat; it’s Babita herself.
Priyanka talks to the chemist over the phone and asks if he told the truth. The chemist confirms that he did. Priyanka tells Ishika that Babita’s plan has been foiled and now Babita will have no choice but to come to her. Ishika agrees. Ishika remarks that it’s fortunate the building’s watchman saw the footage of Kavita buying the pills and sent it to Shekhar, allowing them to bring the chemist in and make him tell the truth. Priyanka agrees.
Amruta sees Virat is disturbed by recent events. She approaches him, and Virat asks if they can eat something. Amruta says she will prepare food right away and asks him to come after 10 minutes. Amruta notices how troubled Virat is and resolves to fight anyone to make him happy.
The next day, Virat and Shekhar are jogging. Virat sees Bhavani and Jahan approaching, so he hides. He overhears Bhavani talking to Jahan about the stall. Virat decides to investigate and help Bhavani with whatever she is discussing.
