The episode starts with Virat wondering how he instinctively knew where the bathroom was. He notices Amruta’s sticker on the mirror and starts thinking about her. Just then, Amruta enters the washroom and remarks that she thought he wouldn’t be able to find it, but he managed to do so. Virat responds, saying that the layout of all Mumbai apartments is similar.
As Virat tries to leave, Amruta warns him to be careful because the door handle is loose. However, as he attempts to open the door, the handle comes off in his hand. Virat immediately accuses Amruta of planning this to lock him inside. Amruta insists that she was only warning him. The two begin to argue, and amid their bickering, Amruta slips and falls onto Virat. As a result, they both end up under the shower, getting drenched. Virat quickly turns off the shower and continues arguing with Amruta.
Outside the washroom, Manvi overhears their voices and asks Virat what Amruta is doing inside with him. Virat explains that they are locked in and urges her to help them get out first. Manvi discovers that the door is jammed, prompting Abhir to break it down.
Once free, Manvi angrily confronts Amruta, demanding to know how she dared to lock herself inside the washroom with Virat. She even threatens to call the police. However, Virat intervenes, telling Manvi not to involve the cops. He admits that it was his fault—they got locked in because he accidentally broke the door handle.
Meanwhile, Anjali points out to the Ahuja family how Virat found his way to the washroom without any guidance. Dildar agrees, considering the possibility that she might be right. Abhir then questions how they will convince Amruta that Virat is not who she believes he is if things like this keep happening. Anjali insists that Amruta will never stop believing in their bond, as she and Virat share a connection that transcends lifetimes.
Manvi then approaches the Ahuja family and firmly states that there is no relationship between Ranvir and Amruta. She turns to Virat and demands that he tell them the truth—that Amruta intentionally locked him inside the washroom. However, Virat defends Amruta, reiterating that it was his mistake as he accidentally broke the door lock.
Amruta then hands Virat the takeover papers and asks him to sign them. As Virat looks at the documents, he experiences flashes of his past. Conflicted, he walks away without signing.
Manvi follows Virat and questions him about his hesitation. Virat confesses that he feels troubled because he doesn’t remember his past—only the version of events that she has told him.
As Virat is about to get into his car, Amruta approaches him and starts a conversation.
