But twist in the story came when Anurag started to make Prerna belief that he is cheating upon her. Prerna spots Anurag with Komolika and doubts him. But before she could confront him; Anurag pushes Prerna down from the bridge.
Mr. Bajaj came as the savior and successfully takes Prerna with him to London. Meanwhile, Prerna also learns that her daughter ‘Sneha’ dies in the fire breakout at hospital. Filled with rage, Prerna decides to avenge Anurag.

Prerna wins the award and gives the credit to Mr. Bajaj for her achievement. Ahead, she demands Bajaj to let her go back to Kolkata so that she can avenge Anurag for the betrayal.

Komolika things how she trapped Anurag showing him the video of his and Viraj where the angle was taken that seems Prerna pushed Viraj down the cliff. This weak point made Komolika to blackmail Anurag to throw Prerna out from the life!
