The episode starts with Ehsan and Katha are on their way to home. Katha recalls Viaan’s words about her first day presentation. Here, Viaan recalls the way Katha aided his wound. He smiles remembering Katha’s smile. Katha recalls Viaan getting hurt also Neerja’s words. Katha reaches home. She thanks Ehsan and decides to go inside but stops when Ehsan thanks her saying unlike other’s she initiated to aid Viaan’s wound. Katha clarifies she would have done the same for anyone. Ehsan tells both Katha and Viaan is similar to one another but different from other’s. Also he noticed Katha’s care for Viaan. Katha makes a joke. Ehsan advises Katha to not to ignore her feelings. Katha says she is clear about her feelings also she isn’t going to complicate her feelings then goes inside. Ehsan leaves.

Katha comes to her room. She hugs a sleeping Aarav. She then sees a photo frame of her, Aarav and Aditya. She takes it in her hand then gets emotional. Here, Kailash sees Aditya’s photo frame beside his bed also the childhood pictures of Aditya. Kavita arrives there and tells Yohaan is just like Yuvraj. She then notices the photo frame in his hand and realises it’s a footprint of the kids. Kailash tells that Aarav’s footprint isn’t in it. He also regrets for not realising Katha’s love for Aditya. He also expresses his worry about the consequences if Aarav didn’t get treated though. Kavita reminds him that he realised his mistakes and Aarav is fine now so asks Kailash to not to worry. Kailash tells that he realised his mistakes also he God has given him another opportunity so he is going to use this to make everyone right.

Katha wakes up. She notices Aarav isn’t by her side in the bed. She goes to prepare tea. She then senses someone’s presence. She gets shocked seeing Aditya. She rushes to her room and locks herself. She then realises that after all this years she saw her Aditya and gets happy. She says to herself if she goes outside but Aditya won’t be there. Katha comes out of her room also gets happy seeing Aditya there. She requests Aditya to help her get ready Aarav who is troubling her a lot. She also expresses how much she misses him also wishes to hug him. She then sits opposite to Aditya. She tells him that she is worried so much nowadays. Katha starts explaining his importance in her life. She then tells her heartbeat is increasing when then stops midsentence. Aditya smiles at her encouragingly. Katha calls Aditya her best friend. She then tells her heartbeat is increasing hearing Viaan’s words also whenever he is around.

Katha says to Aditya that everyone is fool saying that when they are in love they feels such things. She then tells Aditya that she finds peace at the latter’s presence around her. She also tells Aditya that he is the only one for her. She will not let that emotion takes control of her. She then requests Aditya to be by her side to tackle her current situation. She then cries when she goes to hug Aditya but he disappears. She hugs herself and says that Aditya is around her. Aarav arrives and asks who she is talking with. Katha informs him about her dream in which she saw Aditya. Aarav gets upset that he can’t able to be part of that dream. Katha and Aarav hugs eachother.

Precap: Katha advises Viaan to be practical about life and move on. Viaan refuses to move on which shocks Katha.
