The episode starts with Viaan goes crazy thinking that Katha swallowed the ring which he decides to propose her so he urges Katha to go with him to the hospital. Katha calms him down saying if she swallowed then she would have realised. Just then the waiter arrives and clarifies he made a mistake so the ring is in another pastry which he puts it in table then leaves. Katha laughs while Viaan feels dizzy and falls to the ground shocking Katha. Katha and the worker tries to make Viaan gain consciousness but fails. Katha calls Viaan by his first name out of worry. Viaan gains his consciousness and tries to flirt with Katha which brings a smile on Katha’s face.
Katha suggests Viaan to go to the hospital but Viaan refuses saying he has to do what he planned. Viaan informs Katha about his proposal plan for her. Katha gets nervous which she expresses to Viaan. Viaan kneels in front of Katha with the ring in his hand. He tells her the importance of her presence in his life also his expectations in their relationship. Katha gets emotional. Katha promises to Viaan not to leave him ever. They both shares an emotional hug.
Meanwhile, Teji expresses her disappointment towards Katha and Viaan who left the get together which is especially planned for them. Kailash asks Ehsan to play a song. He then distracts Teji by making her dance with him. There, the doctor checks up Viaan and Katha looks worried. The doctor informs that the blood pressure of Viaan has been increased hence he fell unconscious but nothing serious but Katha remains worried. Viaan tries to calm her down but fails. Katha shares her fear with Viaan about his deteriorating health saying she wants to spend more time with him so the latter has to take care of his health. She demands a promise from Viaan. Viaan promises to take care of his health for sure. He also expresses his happiness with Katha for the latter addressing him by his first name.
The next day, Aarav and his cousins goes to Katha’s room and tries to wake her up. Kavita also urges Katha to wake up then leaves. Meanwhile, Ehsan gives Viaan his engagement attire and shares his happiness with Viaan seeing the latter going to get married. Viaan jokes at Ehsan. He then sends a text to Katha. They both flirts with each other while chatting. The kids tries to see the conversation between Katha and Viaan. Katha and Viaan looks happy.
Later, Katha gets ready while Kavita helps her. Neerja takes photos of Katha. There, Viaan receives Katha’s photo and smiles. Teji arrives there and expresses her happiness to Viaan. Viaan takes blessings of his late father too. Viaan, Teji and other’s reaches the Garewal mansion. Vanya hugs Viaan and compliments him. Ehsan demands a compliment from Vanya which the latter refuses to give. Vanya and Viaan jokes around. Katha makes her entry with her dance surprising Viaan. Katha and Viaan do a dance step together along with other’s. Teji blesses Katha which makes Viaan happy. Farah gets irked seeing Falguniben wearing a similar dress of her’s. Kailash tells Kavita how Katha entered their recently but now they are marrying her off and recalls the day he accepted Katha as his daughter and looks at Katha emotionally.
Precap: Katha gets surprised seeing Viaan’s act. Kavita announces that they should start the engagement ceremony. After the roka ceremony begins someone enters and calls out Viaan. Everyone looks on confused.
